Amazing resort, with the best beach view and staff hospitality. ”
My girlfriend and I got the beachfront bungalow right next to the reception/restaurant area. I loved almost everything with just a few minor complaints. Loved: - Bungalow right next to the beach that is clean with nice sand, blue waves, and a great view of the sunrise every morning. - Breakfast buffet has a good variety. Not too many options, so no need to overeat. Coffee machine, steam machine for dimsum, cereal, small salad bar, bread with toaster (butter if really tasty), and hot food bar (usually 4 different dishes). - Hospitality was amazing, Staff had limited English, but enough to communicate with. They catered to our every request. - Bar and restaurant right next to us, extremely conveience. - Offers a shutter bus to walking street (didn't used since it was only a 5 min walk away, but you could use it if you don't feel comfortable walking on the streets) - Offered fire show every night. (Was very entertaining and relaxing) - Bungalow equipped with feet washer at the entrance, bathtub, clean tile floors, TV with HDMI, and comfy bed. - Can rent kayak from the front desk and kayak over to the nearby island. (It'll take an hour to go there and back) - Staff arranged for our transport to our next hotel. They can also pick you up when you arrive by speedboat. Things I didn't like: - Shower head is too low. I am 5 feet 10 inches (~178 cm). I had to be very careful not to poke my eyes on the edges of the shower head. I just used the handheld the entire time. The height was fine for my girlfriend, but be prepared to use handheld if you're tall. This wasn't much of a big problem, but wanted to point this out to other tall people. The handheld is good enough, don't worry. Water pressure is adequate. - The bass from the speakers from the bar kept us up at night. We were right next to the reception, so we were the closest bungalow to the bar. They start playing music around 3-4pm and ends around 11pm. It's not a problem during the day, but my girlfriend and I

The resort is perfectly located in one of the most beautiful beach of Koh Lipe. Perfect for relaxing. The bungalows are very private with Seaview and very comfortable. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We will come back!

Zodiac Seesun Resort was super”
It is the north most resort on this wonderful white sand beach. The unit was fantastic. The staff was magnificent. I paid a little more to get a unit with none blocking my view of the sea and it was worth it. Scuba diving companies are just a short walk south. And, best of all. I saw whale shares on my last dive! This was one of the best vacations I ever had. Just tell them John Galt sent you.

The hotel is located at the far north end of Sunrise Beach and is situation right on a beautiful beach with save swimming just metres from the villas. Friendly and helpful staff, basic but comfortable rooms and a decent breakfast. Ideal for a stay on Koh Lipe.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the beachfront villa. Worth the extra bucks. On the improvement side, the bar keeps the music for too long late, i wish there was a better sound isolation, and also the breakfast was kinda poor for the price point. Overall a great place!

An amazing location”
This resort has a great location overlooking another island and able to see both Sunrise and sunset. We had an issue with our room initially due to an Agoda problem but the hotel were fantastic at resolving the issue. You can always judge the quality of a hotel by how they respond.

New hotel, we got a great deal. When you are on Koh Lipe go the Zodiac See Sun Resort or if your more on a budget to the neighbour Andaman Resort. @Zodiac we stayed in the cheaper and smaller but new bungalow, perfect bed, small shower. We has a very good time!! The location, the location, the location. The best there is. Breakfast simple but for us ok!. Food and drinks more pricy than we are used to, but the food is good.. Nice DJ in the afternoon, not in the evening. A nice quiet place.

Find Another Hotel....”
Went here. The place is a construction zone. Drilling and hammering at 7:30 am until late evening. Left after 3 days and went to another hotel. Came here to relax but didn't. Manager was limited on what she could do to move us. Staff was very responsive. Hot water heater and hair dryer didn't work and were promptly repaired. The room was great and exactly what I expected and looking for but was surrounded by construction material and debris. Excavator working next to my unit. No real peace during the daytime. Went to another hotel on day 4. Walked away. No refund offered but they did forgive my first night meal and drink bill which was about 1k Baht. Not what the room cost but didn't care. Place would probably be great again once the construction is done but I would find a different place for at least the next few months. We heard from a few of the restaurant owners that others had complained about the construction also over the past 6 months. No notification on the website about the ongoing construction.

The room was quite basic , we stay for 2 days they didn’t come to make the room just leave the bottles In from of the room , breakfast was very basic but the location was really good its in the corner of the beach , but the room was overpriced and slightly old but overall its good place to stay
