Rooms are spacious, clean and designed like hotel rooms. Aircond is working fine with kettle, tv and mini refrigerator in each rooms. Bathroom is spacious too. Multiple plug points are provided, and they also have a reasonable size of mirror in the rooms. I have stayed here twice. The staff is very helpful and he take care of the rooms cleanliness very well. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Location is a bit hard to locate at first. The hotel is somewhat hidden inside. The signboard placed on the roadside is only visible from one direction. Vehicle coming from the other side cannot see it clearly. In terms of cleanliness and comfy, this hotel is worth the price paid for. Wifi is ok. My friend and I like the layout of the room very much. Feels like a four stars hotel despite it being two stars. It is about 0.7-1km away from Cenang beach or Cenang street. Those with vehicle can consider this place, or those looking for a stroll along the street, can choose this hotel too. My friend and I had a few moonlit strolls to Cenang beach during our stay there, as we have no transport. It might be a bit quiet during night time, if you are walking. Be extra careful of strangers. One thing good about this place is, it is situated away from the hustle and bustle of a tourist area.

worth your money, room no 8”
It was 3 of us and the bed was indeed a king size and we didnt need to get an extra mattress. the size of the room was just nice and the bathroom size was big for that price. the water pressure was also good. they didnt provide toothbrush only shower gel (which is not a big problem as it was a cheap room) there was a small refrigerator, kettle, tv (limited channels,only TV3 was ok) u can park your car in front of the room, there was railing in front of the room, so u can dry your washed clothes. there was also hangers (very important) though it was mismatched hangers. u can borrow iron from the counter & the staff will send the ironboard to your room Pantai Chenang was about 5 minutes away only!

cheap with basic facilities”
it was my second time at this hotel. they are using king size bed so it can fit 3 slim persons! i stayed there on 06/03/2022-08/03/2022 for only RM168.65 (RM84.33 per night) with big room, small fridge, kettle, tv, king bed, water heater, hangers is a great deal. oh ya, guest can park the car in front of the room as the hotel is one storey hotel & Coway at the reception. the downside is the hotel didnt provide tooth paste, tooth brush, shampoo so please bring your own toiletries.

The room was nice and spacious. We had quite a few Mosquitos so the owner used some spray and that worked fine. Nice comfy beds. Good shower and air con. Good places to eat over the road. Tales about 20 minutes to walk to the beach.

Villa located on the quiet neighbourhood and it takes 10-15 minutes walking to the beaches, supermarket and restaurants just on the other side of the road. Super welcome and very helpful host with a big smile. Great choice for the families with kids. Im happy with this villa and will come back again for sure.

I choose this property because they provide u a room with mini fridge which is hardly to be find with the price offered. The room is spacious enough for 2 people. Bed is comfy. Toilet is clean. Tv channel was quite ok as im not watching much. The environment are very calm even though it is located nearly to the main road. There is a lot of eateries can be found around here. U guys shud try eating seafood at restauran selera lubuk buaya. Cheap, fast n delicious!! Parking ample. As i just rented a scooter, we can really parked it in front of our doorsteps. Will come again!
