I got really surprise when i arrived the recepition is beautiful seems like a hotel, I was in a female dorm with 8 beds really quiet and confortable, the showers are also great and clean and the staff lovely. The metro station it's just like 4min from the hostel. Really cheap to achieve the twin towers.

Review for Goldbrick Hotel Bukit Bintang”
When arrived at Zen Hostel to check in to my single room was told by recep that there were electrical problems & I have to move to their sister hotel Goldbrick Hotel. Was feeling very tired after all the travel and felt like i was being pushed around. However recep assured me they want the best for my stay. Then they called Grabcar & a male staff brought me to Goldbrick Hotel. Hotel is new and i was upgraded free to standard room. Everything works well & the staff is gd n friendly. Location is also gd at Bukit Bintang near metro & LRT. So in all everything worked out very well. Kudos to the staff who explained & acted professionally & also worked fast. Thank you.

I stayed in the mixed dormitory for two nights. The photos of the beds don't really reflect the reality. The metal beds would make a squeaking noise at every single move which made sleeping at night quite difficult. Also while I was staying there there were two different people that around in the middle of the night and the staff clearly didn't care that others where sleeping in the room as they turned on the light and started to talk loudly. Although you can clearly see that the hostel is brand new, they are not paying much attention to keeping the place clean. The price and location are a positive, as it is situated 2 minutes from the metro station and about the same distance from the central market.

Loved staying here. Staff are awesome. Dorm rooms are cheap and airy/bright. Roof terrace/kitchen facilities are great. Location is very good, near to lots of cafes in chinatown area and also 2 min walk to Pasar Seni LRT. Shower and toilet facilities were also great and kept very clean.

Staff was great! Room was good. No complaints. But it’s an economy room and for the price is all good. But it’s the staff, location and roof top that make this place worth a night or two. Keep up the good work boys! Hope everyone there is doing well 👊✌️

Good hostel but.. ”
Hostel is very nice but some people there were strange. I had very aggressive lady in my room. Receptionist put her in other room but only for 2 nights. She was bothering everyone and they didn't do anything, just saying that "it's OK and soon she will go". It was not ok, she punched one girl. In this kind of situation I think that people working in the hostel should do something, not to keep her in the dorm.

It is at superb location just oposite of Geo hotel(Pasar Seni station). It’s new and clean . They must provide some basic Facilities for solo traveller (such as water/oven/kitchen ) Else everything is good and perfect Happy to stay here 😊 Thank you 😇

We had a good stay here, however we were initially given the wrong room. Can be noisy at times but for a two star hotel it's not bad. Close to the bus and train station and everything is in walking distance. We had a very heated disagreement about breakfast payment as it was served cold so we did not eat but they wanted us to pay. However he later came back and apologised and gave us the money back.

Small budget room with minimum furnishing but it's very cheap, reonsnable clean. The staff are very friendly. I book this room for a 7 hour stay only to catch my midnight floor. The air conditioning is very cool. Good security and lovely common areas.

They give u 24 beds dorm instead of 10beds dorm ”
-It’s really just opposite to Pasar Seni metro. -And the check-in/out is fast . - wifi works well. -comfortable . -they have seating at top of hostel to relax or drink beer/coffee. - From Agoda it’s shows 10Beds dorm. But they smartly will give you 24beda dorm. So ask for you booked dormitory. - Bathrooms are really not clean ..

It was a very cheap price considering we were in a good location in KL however the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while as there was flem all over the sink which was disgusting. But the bed was comfy and god AC.

Think Twice Before You Book”
I gave 5 stars for the staff and location of this hostel. It’s very near Central Market and train/bus stations. The staff were very attentive and helpful, too. However, if you’re a solo traveler whose always out in the day and just want to rest at night and have a shower in a clean bathroom, this is not the place for you. Most of the guests in my 3-night stay were loud Indian men who would shout and run in the hallways at 12am and didn’t know how to flush down toilets after they use it. If you want to enjoy your travel and not get stressed, this hostel is not for you. (I have complained the noise several times but of course, I understood that the staff would also try to go easy on these kind of guests.)
