Great Family resort hotel”
I think this was our 3rd stay here and they continue to deliver. They didn't use COVID as an excuse to lower their standards, even though there was obviously less staff on hand than usual. They still maintained full service, this is a sign of good management, and good staff. The restaurant had limited opening times, but they added to their menu with two of their neighboring restaurants, so there was lots of variety and they would deliver to your room or poolside. Their American breakfast was quite good and was actually a nice meal as opposed to what some hotels try to pretend is breakfast. One of the restaurants was LaBaguette one of Pattaya's most popular restaurants. They are actually well known for their food instead of just good instagram selfie spots which seems to be the trend lately. The hotel room was clean and the pool area was well kept. They are close to many attractions in Pattaya (When they are open). We will be back.

Room are spacious, clean and well equipped. Breakfast choices are diverse. Staff at restaurant are always add up food. They are super friendly and very welcoming. Location is superb, located at the heart of Pattaya. There are many convenient stores and restaurants. Terminal21 and Let's relax spa are at walking distance.

Woodlands great stay”
We recommend this lovely hotel to anyone going for a short or long trip to Pattaya. The rooms are specious, clean well maintained and although no breakfast buffet we were served with a very nice breakfast. Staff is well trained and always smiling. Wonderful location and in the neighborhood fantastic restaurants and walking distance to the beach. Although very quiet at the moment we found so nice hideaway places ... GREAT FUN...

Lovely but noisy”
Everything nearly great but we have experienced nothing but constant scraping of chairs moving of the small table with the iron legs As though people are moving furniture all the time. Very annoying and irritating also everybody slams the door shut. Not been happy at all. Staff lovely can't do enough but it is a noisy hotel.

Been coming for years”
I have visited this hotel many times over the years. Admittedly it's starting to look a little tired in places, however I suspect like most hotels it has been a challenging time and they seem to be doing the work. Our room looked newly decorated. I think hotels like this get overlooked for newer bigger places, however it's a real gem. Currently fantastic prices, just across the road from Terminal 21, a good coffee/cake shop that stays open late, nice pools. The property is smaller than the big brands, however I like that, it has a more homely resport feel to it and none of the rooms are far from the pools. We enjoyed the breakfast. While not vast, it has everything you need and a particular mention for the proper crusty French bread.

Lovely resort”
The resort was spotless and very relaxing. the pool area and gardens were lovely. The room was excellent if a little dark. Cleaned every day very well. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Presumably due to lack of staff the pool bar, hotel bar & restaurant were all closed for the 20 days of our stay excepting breakfast (which we didn't have) Will definitely stay again of the price is still ok.

First of all thanks for nice accommodation and good hospitality, this place is like my second home whenever I have a vacation. Always select this place for relaxing and deep rest. The resort is the best for me to spend my vacation stay mostly all day in the room. Facilities is perfect , pools so big . Green around. Will back again. One thing need to improve is cleanliness, bedsheet and towels smell not fresh. But not big problem. Overall very enjoyable this place

A quiet haven in the busiest part of Pattaya!”
This hotel is right in the busiest part of Pattaya with a whole host of dining and shopping opportunities within a 5 mins stroll but you would never know . It is set within a haven of beautiful old trees providing shade and sunshine by the side of several well-placed pools. The self- service breakfast catering for all cultures and needs is also worth a mention. The staff greet all visitors with charm and politeness and a warm smile.
