Stay 24.9.24-26.9.24 What I Liked About the Hotel: 1. Proximity to Airport: The hotel is conveniently located next to the airport, within walking distance. They also provide complimentary airport transfers, just a 5-minute drive away. Arrangements can be made through WhatsApp, and the driver was always punctual. 2. Bathroom Facilities: The shower pressure was strong, and the bathroom was clean with all necessary toiletries provided. The water was clean, and there was no unpleasant sewer smell. We stayed in Room 262. 3. Free Transfers to Pantai Cenang: The hotel offers daily transfers to Pantai Cenang at 6:00 pm, 6:15 pm, and 6:30 pm, with pickups at 9:15 pm to 9:45 pm. Drop-offs are at Cenang Mall. Reservations are required, and the journey takes about 10 minutes. 4. In-Room Entertainment: The room had a TV with access to Netflix, which was a nice touch. 5. Spacious Room: Our room was spacious, featuring two queen beds and a day bed, all facing the swimming pool. It cost RM244 per night, including breakfast for two. The room was equipped with a hair dryer, safe, hangers, kettle, slippers, and cups. 6. Welcoming Ambiance: The entrance of the hotel showcases a large café and several cozy areas to relax, all set against a beautiful backdrop of the swimming pool, which looked stunning. 7. Quiet Environment: Despite being next to the airport, the room was well-insulated from outside noise. We couldn’t hear any airplane or music sounds, making for a peaceful stay. 8. Snacks and Drinks: Although the welcome drink wasn’t to our taste, the chocolate muffins next to it were delicious. We enjoyed about six of them during our stay! 9. Friendly Staff: The front office staff were courteous and friendly, enhancing our experience. 10. Efficient Facilities: There are two lifts available, both fast and efficient. What I Disliked About the Hotel: 1. Driver's Attitude: One of the drivers was a bit quiet and not very helpful, possibly due to a language barrier. He seemed introverted, but he answered our questions when asked. 2. Limited Water Supply: Only two small bottles of water were provided per room per day, which we found insufficient. 3. Restaurant Food: The food at the hotel restaurant offered variety but was a bit too salty for our liking. 4. Swimming Pool Cleanliness: The swimming pool had some bugs and leaves floating in it, which could be better maintained. 5. Live Performance: There is a nightly live performance by two singers, but the sound was too loud and off-key. While we appreciate their effort, the quality of the performance could be improved. 6. Buffet Breakfast: The buffet breakfast was average, although there were many options available. The ambiance was okay, but the salad and fruits were left uncovered, attracting fruit flies. It would be great if this could be addressed. Would I Return? Despite some minor issues, I believe the hotel offers good value for money at this price point. We stayed at this hotel for 3 days during our family trip to Langkawi, and it was a fantastic experience overall! The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk from the airport, which made our arrival and departure incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a very relaxing vibe. We especially loved the pool area – clean, spacious, and perfect for a family dip after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet was another highlight – a wide variety of options, fresh and delicious, with something to please everyone in the family. The staff were also wonderful – always friendly, helpful, and ready to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The only downside was the bathtub in our room – unfortunately, it wasn’t working properly as the water wouldn’t stay in. It was a bit disappointing since we were looking forward to a relaxing soak. However, everything else was so enjoyable that it didn’t overshadow our overall experience. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Langkawi – we’d definitely consider staying here again!

Overall great place to stay. Wonderful buffet for breakfast. Keep up the great work. But less garlic in your Hummus would make it more desirable (take it from a Palestinian who knows) And now Just a few suggestions to improve your hotel. You need a more safe surface near pool to avoid slipping on water. Please add sand tape or grip tape to the edges. I saw a elderly man slip in front of me while typing this review out. You don't want a costly lawsuit to shut your hotel down. Very important, Something needs to be done about the very high pitch whistling noise coming from the water falls in pool. I suggest a muffler of some type on the air intake or whatever is causing this unbearable noise. It's louder than the music or sound water falling. At first I thought it was cicadas in the trees. But it never stops as long as the water is flowing. Your Floors of hallways need to be repaired or replaced with ceramic tiles instead of the lousy laminated wood that is falling apart and cracking all down the middle of it. Your Airport shuttle should be clearly visible and available into late hours for those arriving at terminal possibly delayed to avoid those scavaging taxi cabs charging ridiculous prices to go a few hundred meters only. Your Prices of meals at restaurant are astronomical compared to what can be purchased outside of the hotel, and portion sizes need to have more diversity and better descriptions of what's included. As a network engineer I can tell you that your Wifi network needs more VLAN isolation and hard wiring for in room TVs to avoid people casting and connecting to other room TVs which interupts your viewing, and this suggestion would allow for better privacy of personal data. Please look into this with professional network engineers who can assist you. I Suggest having your Zumba classes elsewhere as hearing pounding bass at 7:30am in the morning is not good for guests who want to sleep in. Also hotel staff should be absolutely forbidden from using guest lifts for hotel purposes since there is clearly a service lift. Finally the workmanship of the tiling and silicon sealing of the bathrooms need to be better inspected and qualified as it's appearance leaves most westerners like myself disappointed, which reflects in many ways the level of care and pride your company and contractors provide. Please maintain your faucets and plumbing better and insure water pressure is consistent. Provide shower curtains for tubs. Finally a notice is required in hallways to guests who are particularly loud and obnoxious (mostly South Asian Indian folk)when walking in hallways should be asked to tone down their voices to be considerate to others. And again do something about that annoying whistle noise from the falls. It's enough to drive some people absolutely mad. Hopefully this review gets the attention it deserves.
