Ants control the Hotel”
We had a room on the 7th floor, the room was big and looked clean, but even on that floor to many ants, everywhere in the room, on the desk, on the laptop screen, on the head ends of the bed in the bathroom, sink. Everywhere opening they go inside or come out. They have to do something about it real soon, it's a plague.

Great Value!”
This is a fun, medium size hotel about 2 km from the lake near the night market. The hotel has a modern design and is clean! Very important to me. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. I particularly loved the big bathroom and separate wash basin area. The only downside is no breakfast and the coffee shop next to the hotel is closed on Sunday's. However, overall an EXCELLENT value for the money.

Good, but, Not Great. ”
I was a little disappointed with the room to be honest. For the price I won't complain about the view, or that mine had no balcony as the ones shown on the website did. The room wasn't as clean and as maintained as I had also seen on the website. I would probably stay again, but, I'd ask to see the room before paying. 😉

No places to eat nearby and risky back fire escape......no staff smiles”
The closest 3 sisters cafe did not open according to their sign so I had to trek across busy roads to the 7 eleven to get a snack brekky.... Hotel Staff were nice, but did not show any welcoming smiles The back fire escape stairs are very strong metal with back door usually open. I would NOT take any children there as the spaces between the metal are large enough for a child to fall 7 or less floors......Good there was a lift elevator

Even on the higher floor the room is visited by ants, even there's nothing left in the room they use it to travel to the other floors. I hate the small biting ants at the top of my bedside.

The pictures look modern and cosy. But in real the rooms are dirty, especially the washroom and no real amenities for a 4*.lucky the price was cheap as it's not worth a full 4* price

I booked 3 rooms for one night which two of them were very dirty. No hair dryer provided. I dont understand why this hotel got 4 stars. The building is quite old and smell bad. The only pro is the location.

Bathrooms have no exhaust. Bad smell in bathroom. The washbasin was blocked. Shower doesn't work. The mattresses are old and broken. Infested with bugs. Stay away.

Awful. The pictures looked amazing, the deals were good. Was so excited. I travel so much and stay in all kinds of places. From hostels to hotels to guesthouses and even Air BnB's. When travelling you learn to adapt and enjoy new things and I'm a total hippy - I never complain. But nothing ever came close to how bad this place was. I feel the responsibility to prevent someone else from making the same mistake. Very rude staff (which is unheard of in Thailand) The rooms were really filthy. Cock roaches, ants, stains and dirt everywhere. The bathroom drains stank horribly. We had a door in our room that led to the room next door. On top of all that they tried to scam me out of money at the end of my stay - probably assuming I'm a vulnerable young girl travelling alone and taking advantage of that. Never ever ever ever again. I'd go anywhere else.

A bit of an odd duck, but fine for 2 nights”
This hotel seems a bit out of place in small, provincial Phayao. It's a glitzy modern(ish) building with touch-screen elevators (no buttons) and "sleek" decor. The bed was big and comfortable, but like most of the hotel rooms we've stayed in in SE Asia, the pillows were big and very UNcomfortable. There is no breakfast included in the price or even available in the hotel, though you can get hot water and instant coffee in the lobby (and I think instant noodle cups). The location of the hotel is convenient to the bus station but it's a bit of walk from the main riverfront part of the town where all the restaurants are. Good local morning market out the back gate if you're into that kind of thing. No real complaints. Just kind of a funny place.

Good stay, phayao is a beautiful and cosy little town. Visit the water basin and theirs nice bars with good live music and girls (!!!)

Enjoyed my stay as the hotel was very central to a lot of food outlets and also had onsite facilities, it is situated in the main business area of Phayao township. Only issue was there were no actual foreign channels available on T.V. if I wanted to watch something, everything was Thai.

Great hotel for the price”
I wish I would have paid the extra $3 and stay here the first night. Room is big and bathroom is clean. Close to lots of activities especially the morning market so you can easily go get food and come back to eat at your hotel. Staff know little English so it helps. Highly recommended because if I go back there, it is where I will stay again.
