Schöne Lage: Ruhige Straße und das Zentrum von Zingst ist zu Fuss schnell zu erreichen Gute Ausstattung in der Küche Wohnung sehr hell, hochwertig und schön dekoriert Sonnige Terrasse mit Tisch und Sitzmöglichkeiten
Things I don’t like
Für die 40qm3 Wohnung wurden uns 69€ Kosten für die Endreinigung abgerechnet. Dazu wurde zu unserer Überraschung als “Standard Prozedure” von uns als Gäste vor dem Abfahrt dabei verlangt 1)den Mull selber raus zu bringen 2)die Wohnung besenrein zu verlassen, 3)die Bettwäsche abzuziehen 4)den Geschirrspüler selber abzuräumen. Das haben wir gemacht, aber ehrlich gesagt, das ist das letze womit man als Gast seine letzte Stunden während des Urlaubs verbringen möchte, besonders wenn man für die Reinigung sowieso 69€ extra bezahlt hat. Zusätzliche Kosten die bei der Buchungsprozess bei Booking.com nicht vorzeitig kommuniziert wurden: 1) Für zwei Gäste (1 doppelbett) 66,70€ fur Leihenbettwäsche plus 2 kleine + 2 große Handtücher (2) Reservierungsgebühren 18€ Bad und Teilweise auch die Küche waren nicht so sauber: Kalkflecken, Klo, Regal geröstet Internet (Wifi) Verbindung sehr langsam Der Lüfter im Bad ist extrem laut wie auch von anderem Gast in 2022 erwähnt. Dachschräge über den Betten gefährlich/ unbequem

Ganz tolle Wohnung, Küche prima ausgestattet, alles super sauber, sehr empfehlenswert!!!”

Sehr ruhige Lage, weil das Haus selbst in zweiter Reihe in der Straße steht. Sehr kurzer Weg zum Stadtzentrum. Ein Balkon ist vorhanden und prima geeignet, um dort zu frühstücken. Jede Wohnung hat ihren eigenen (nummerierten) Parkplatz.
Things I don’t like
Die Dachschräge über den Betten. Aber kein Problem: Kopf- mit Fußende einfach tauschen ;) Die Badbelüftung lief sehr lange und laut.
