Minutes to MidValley, value for money for family that is bigger than 4”
Location is good as it is just minutes to MidValley by car. There is no reception nor humans intervention for you to speak and ask for directions, except for the security guards. (Provided you can speak and they understand you well) For check-in, Vivo suites are supposed to email the details of how to check in and retrieve your keys to the room from the letterbox. Unfortunately the email did not come in which lead to some confusion between us and the guards. Floor area is big with 3 rooms. Wi-Fi is available but no local channels for you to watch, you are to access the smart tv to watch YouTube or Netflix (need account to login). Check in is after 3pm but check out is at 11am, otherwise there may be surcharged imposed. Night time, the whole area below the residence area is creepy and dark. Worse you don't see the security guards around, whereas they are easily spotted during the daytime. Overall a good place to stay if you don't hang out late with young children.

Pros : - The cheapest residences with 3-bedroom - Facilities superb (free Wi-Fi, Netflix, Youtube, Amazon and etc - Free basement parking (new residence, parking hasn't operated) Cons: - Refundable deposit RM 200.00 but ask me to transfer 3 hours before check-in. I was at the highway and not familiar with the road in KL but he insisted us to find the bank and deposit - Host told me deposit will be refunded within the same day of check- out after housekeeping done checking but he hold my deposit for 3 days - No floor mat in front of the bathroom, kitchen and entrance - Two access card but only one card can use to all floors. Another one card only be used to floor 3 and 9. - The cleanliness at shower area on 2nd bathroom can be improved, yellowish stains on the bathroom wall - Only 1 sofa (3 seater) at the living room but there were 7 of us - Chairs at the dining table were too fragile, was so scared to seat on it
