      water heater in the bathroom is not functioning, staff said is due to raining heavily in the afternoon. got small cockroach in the sink, mosquito in the bedroom. door card given was not functioning, need to ask the staff to help to open the door using their card. helpful and friendly staff, easy the get the free parking around the hotel
