Everything is very excellent and over my expectations. It could be ranked as 6 stars resort. There is a breakfast for the resort section for private and away from the hotel. The facilities are very wonderful. The sunbath area is very beautiful and panoramic. On that night , there was a full moon so I had a lot of aesthetic moon picture and aesthetic full moon vibes.

The most satisfying accomodation in Thailand for me”
1. A bit far from downtown 2. The employees are not good at English Despite of these two shortcomings, parents and I are so pleased with this accomodation. Wide swimming pool, pleasant room, nice exterior all of them worth the price. I am willing to stay here again if I visit pattaya someday

Hotel ok for couples that want to be alone, but nothing for Singles”
huge room, but cannot be made completely dark, because there's a glass door to the bathroom which has got a window that cannot be protected from light. The air condition is too loud to sleep when on. Hotel just too far away from Pattaya.

The zign villa also has zign hotel opposite side. After 2 days we also got to know we could eat breakfast either at hotel side or villa side. Hotel side had more variety. But rooms are better villa side.

Worth money for good size villa and nice landscape but Breakfast place is across the street, it'd be better if we can select BFT as room service at this rate. BF was yummy and the Cafe is OK too.

They moved me to their other hotel without prior notice”
I booked for this hotel but upon arrival, was told the hotel was only opened for Fri-Sun. However I did call the hotel 2 days before my arrival to check if they were opened, and they confirmed - yes. So, they moved me to their other hotel, Z Through. They claimed it was an upgrade, but it didn't feel like an upgrade. Breakfast was not good. Some of the food seemed like it was re-heated from the previous leftovers. If you want Cappuccino, you need to pay extra for it. Pool side had the large swan floats, but you also need to pay in order to be able to use it. I broke a glass accidentally, and informed the housekeeping. At check out, I was told I had to pay B250 for the broken glass. I think they are very well aware accidents do occur, but to try to charge (over charge in fact), made it worse. The general feel was that the management was making every effort to make money out of any opportunity and that ruined it. Otherwise, the hotel layout is nice, and the staff greet you pleasantly. Too bad, the management only looks for the money aspect of this hospitality business.

It is obvious that there is no managerial presence at the hotel. Also, reception staff seem to be lacking training and are unable to handle simple requests. More disturbingly, the pool area is in a state of disrepair, with the wooden boards around the swimming pool warped in places, exposing rusty screws and nails to bare feet. We had to get the air conditioner in our room repaired as well. Higher marks to the cleaning staff who were more responsive to our needs.

I have been travelling a lot around Thailand but I have never seen such unfriendly staff. The breakfast was never ever a 5 star hotel should offer. Very outside of Pattaya. Long walk to main street. No restaurants or shops close-everything closed. The most disapponting was the staff and they did not even speak English! We will not come back again!

Horrible experience”
Room wasn't cleaned, I asked the reception for the room to be cleaned - no dice despite calling twice - there was a bunch of hair lying around that didn't get picked. Staff was unhelpful - I asked them if breakfast was covered and got a serious looking, frowning face with a smack 600 Baht price. I tried the hair dryer, it gave up after 2 minutes of use. I tried the shower and the water level was low. Can't say it's best value for money.

Lovely private hotel, quiet, very clean”
The Zign Villas are a wonderful place to stay for a few days. Its a bit off the main travel route, but that is made up for by the quiet environment. The rooms are big and clean, though might be a bit dangerous with small children as they are split level, so steps going up and down, without any barriers. Food is good (we only had breakfast), and service was polite and prompt.
