The Sarojin is a very special hotel in a special location. The staff, dining and meals were outstanding. The Jacuzzi suite was the nicest hotel room that I have ever stayed in. The beach, gardens and pool are all first rate. Thoroughly recommend.

Best service as always”
It’s nice to return to The Sarojin after 10 years to see the hotel just as it was. Food at Sarojin is top quality and we always loved how peaceful the hotel is . It’s also lovely to see some familiar staff after 10 years post covid.

This is seriously beautiful. It’s luxe without being flashy. Romantic, elegant, gorgeous. Incredible interior design. Landscaping is extraordinary. Food amazing. Huge delicious breakfasts served in a restaurant almost on the sand.

Good Retreat ”
Good Beachside Retreat Nice room but TV is very, very outdated. too small (around 32 inch?) for a very big room. Nice room service, with Ice being served every day. Breakfast is something you cannot miss, very good meal available all day Beach is good, private beach with nice sand nice to swim too I think just a bit of insect control would be great, understand it's nature and so, but a bit too much.

Good”
We have spent a lot of time in Thailand including in Khao Lak. This was our first stay at the Sarojin. Although the staff were amazing, this was our most expensive hotel, yet it definitely was not the best. Overpriced compared to elsewhere. Main issue being value for money.

Wonderful stay”
We stayed at the Sarojin for 6 nights in March 2010. For us this trip was a bit of a splurge, which meant we had high expectations and were a bit afraid before our arrival about whether or not the Sarojin would live up to these - and were very happy to discover that it did. As already noted, the one thing that really makes the Sarojin stand out is its impeccable service and the way in which every staff member tries to cater for your personal needs from the moment you arrive until the time that you leave. We loved our garden view room (especially the open-space design, the bath tub filled with flowers, the lovely bath products, the silk robes, the outdoor 'sala'/terrace, etc.) and were lucky enough to get a free upgrade to a beautiful Sarojin suite (with an outdoor bath/relaxation pool overlooking the lush green gardens of the resort) on our last night. Breakfasts were a real treat, with a huge amount of choice from the a la carte menu, and we also enjoyed lunch and dinner at both of the Sarojin's two restaurants (especially the pasta at the Ficus restaurant) when we tried them. It's very hard to say anything negative about the Sarojin given how much we enjoyed our stay, but if we had to highlight a couple of small issues for improvement it would probable be: 1. Prices of excursions and hotel restaurants - the Sarojin offer some wonderful excursions, but many of these feel slightly overpriced (even when you take the personalised service into account). This led us to decide to book one of our excursions (a boat trip to 'James Bond Island') with a tour operator outside of the hotel, who offered private trips for one-third of the price the the Sarojin was offering. We very much enjoyed the private cooking class we did with the chef at the Sarojin 'Edge' restaurant, but felt it was slightly overpriced for the approx. 100 Euros per person we paid for the 90 min of cooking. We did enjoy the trip to the local market before the cooking class, but would have preferred a

Absolutely faultless in every way! ”
Our stay at the Sarojin was the perfect way to end a 2 and a half month trip around south east asia. After staying in cheap guest houses for the rest of the trip, we chose the Sarojin because of the amazing reviews we had seen about it on the internet and it more than lived up to its reputation. This place is absolutely faultless and i would highly recommend it to anyone going to thailand, even if you are not planning to visit the Khao Lak area it is worth it for this hotel. Reviews i read constantly mentioned how friendly and helpful the staff are but they really are more than i even expected! The food is great especially the breakfasts. The main pool is breathtaking with individual salas in the middle of it. We stayed in a pool residence which was stunning and very spacious which even when it rained it was still an amazing pleasure to be there.

Opulence, Decadence, Peace & Serenity”
If you are looking for a quiet decadent escape then The Sarojin in the place for you. The resort is a paradise in the rainforest of Khao Lak, where your every need is taken care of. The staff are the heart of the resort and are the most beautiful, kind and welcoming locals. The resort offers the highest quality in residences, restaurants and service. Simply put this resort is Devine and is well worth the price tag. Things to consider: * This resort is not for children. They are welcome but would be better suited to a resort with more facilities * There is only one local street eatery within walking distance. Omg and his family will service delicious Thai cuisine and take care of your laundry needs. * The resort offers a shuttle to Khao Lak town however if you feel adventurous then hire a motorbike for around $7.50 per day * The rainbow waterfall is beautiful but is not an easy bike ride from the resort

wow, what a place!”
We spent our 10 year anniversary at the Sarojin for 4 nights and had THE best time. Khao Lak is approx 150kms from Phuket but don't despair, if you arrange transfers which I strongly recommend you are welcomed in a private 4WD with cold towels and a choice of champagne or beers! The trip takes around 11/2 hr but its worth it. We arrived in pouring rain, the manager must have felt sorry for us because we were immediately upgraded to a Sarojin Suite which was awesome! massive living area, balcony spa and huge stone bath - very romantic. The finishes are first rate and probably the best designed room we've stayed in (totally private). The resort itself is spread around the central restaurant and pool. The pool is beautiful with deck chairs and a full time staff members topping you up with fresh icy water and complimentary fruit. The beach itself was great and you can walk for miles. Breakfast is great with complimentary champagne a little luxury to start your day. There are no set times for eating so you get up and eat whenever you want. In fact you can ask for pretty much anything you want and the staff will do there best to accommodate your wishes. Truly a romantic and indulgent resort.

A peaceful getaway in a great place”
We stayed for 5 nights at the Sarojin, in the Spa Suite. The Sarojin is not a chain hotel. It is family-owned and operated, and the attention to detail is meticulous. All of the staff are excellent and service was fantastic right from the time we were met by the hotel car at Phuket Airport. Khao Lak is less than 2 hours drive from the rowdiness of Patong Beach, but it is a world away. You can choose to stay at the hotel or take a taxi into town. Khao Lak is very laid-back and friendly, with small relaxed eateries and pubs. And a walk along the beach is truly pleasant, with no vendors. We will be back!

Great hotel with beautiful layout, luxurious rooms”
Stayed at the Sarojin the first week of August. Very beautiful resort, luxury rooms, with a great shower that makes it feel like you're outdoors. The staff was very friendly a nd the service exceptional. Get the room with a free breakfast as it was a wide variety of choices all inclusive. The only "con" that is really a matter of choice is that it is pretty isolated with not much nearby except the town of Khao lak which doesn't really have much in it. The resort is great for relaxing but pretty geared towards couples.

The amazing place!”
If you consider to taravell to Khao Lak and your budget is allowed, I highly recommend you to stay The Sarojin especially couple travelled as per the room design. The service was detail oriented. The view from the lobby made me feel I'm in the beautiful village in the book... The room was just perfect but no privacy... The beach was very clean! The taste of food was high standard for resort hotel even breakfast!

Beautiful Hotel and amazing staff ”
If quiet and romantic is your idea of a great holiday then the Sarojin is for you! We had an unbelievable time! The staff are friendly, attentive and made everyday special. You are greeted every morning at breakfast with warm smiles and the most delicious freshly baked pastries. The staff cater to your every need 24/7. The hotel grounds are beautifully kept and the pool is stunning. The beach is beautiful too. Khoa Lak is a quiet area, so probably not ideal for young people or children. I can not thank the Sarojin team enough. I Highly recommend this hotel. Kob Khun Ka!
