We've stayed here multiple times before and recently (after covid). The one bedroom suite is very spacious for 2 adults and 1 child. The suite is clean and the staffs are very friendly, efficient and considerate. I was 6m pregnant and with my 3yo and arrived at the hotel around 10ish am after an 8 hours flight, without asking the reception allow us to check in straight away. The Concierge is always smiley and greeting us on the way in and out of the hotel. Location wise is perfect for us, we can access all sort of cuisines within the gardens and mid valley megamall, we can even find breakfast in the mall at 8am. It's also very convenient to go to KL or PJ or even Subang. Overall it suits our needs and we only have good things to say about the gardens residences.

The connectivity to these malls is definitely a plus for anyone looking to explore or shop without the hassle of transportation. The breakfast provided was standard—nothing too fancy, but sufficient to start the day. The selection was decent, though it could be improved with a few more options for variety. One aspect that stood out was the staff. They were consistently nice and helpful throughout my stay, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. However, one suggestion for improvement would be the toiletries. The hotel currently provides very small bottles of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion, which felt a bit outdated compared to newer hotels that offer larger, more practical sizes. It would be great if they could upgrade this to enhance guest comfort. The staff is connected to both The Gardens Mall as well as Midvalley Megamall, so it's of great convenience and if you just have time for a short trip, you just have to stay at this hotel and do your shopping there. There is a great selection of restaurants and entertainment facilities in the malls. The hotel staff is polite and the thing I love about them is that they're flexible to requests which I thought they will reject me instantly. I've checked out 1 of my 2 rooms and requested for late checkout for the 1 room which I kept. However, when driver told me that he will be late for 1hour, I tried my luck to see if I can get the key for the other room which I had checked out, so that everyone can have space to rest. Honestly speaking, I really thought they'll turn me down (they're not obliged to agree), but they really agreed! My family was more thank grateful! The room itself is clean, spacious, layout was well planned. Everything that we need was provided for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay though it was just a 3d2n stint. We will be back!
