Pros I tried Agoda Home for the first time. The owner was really lovely and attentive. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a TV (with Netflix), Wi-Fi, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, small hot pot, snacks, coffee, drinking water, tissues, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, indoor slippers, towels, etc., just like in a hotel. The room size wasn't very big, but the bedroom had two 5-foot beds, one floor mattress for one person, and one sofa bed with one additional sitting sofa. It could probably fit 8 people if everyone snuggled close together. 😂 There was a broom and mop for the floor, and a balcony for hanging laundry. It is suitable for families with kids in case of making snacks or spills. There was a dining table in the corner with two seats, and there were also two folding tables and chairs. The swimming pool was long and looked really beautiful in pictures. The water level was chest high (the same level throughout the pool) and not too deep, making it easy for kids around 140 cm to play. There was also a children's area, but it had a lot of sand, which wasn't very inviting. The security was excellent. To receive the keys, you have to show your ID that matches the name on the reservation, and there was a security guard at the entrance checking every vehicle. You can make noise freely since there was no one else on the floor, and there were only a few rooms in the building. The beach requires a drive, but it’s a private beach with dining areas and several photo backdrops created by the hotel from different angles. In the mornings, the staff were sweeping the sand smooth. The hotel’s beach access had 5-6 food stalls available. The prices were normal, not expensive, and the vendors were very friendly. If you forget something, the owner will call to inform you and have the housekeeping staff send it to you. It was really nice. Cons The whole building is large, with only 2-3 rooms, which can feel a bit scary when walking at night. I had to turn on the lights in the hallway myself because the whole floor was dark with no one in the rooms. It felt like a deserted hotel, but the condition of the room was very new, as if it had just been completed. The swimming pool had sediment and some white dust. I felt bad for the staff when I got wet and walked up to the elevator. 😂
