the hotel is very nice. the price is reasonable and also the location is very near to pantai cenang where you can walk around 2 mins to get there. but the problem is, their toilet is very smelly. we complained to the staff but they just gave us the soap for the toilet. it doesnt solve the problem. plus we are traveling with small kids and it is very disturbing because of that smell

Hotel was under construction, this was why one of our rooms was not available. Instead of the most expensive room that we actually book, they gave us the cheapest one without saying anything. after complaining and calling the manager, they gave us the middle category. I would not recommed - the price/perfomance ratio was really bad!

The hotel was ok. But when i was staying there it was still under renovation so it was a bit dusty and we had to go up to our rooms using the emergency stairs. We had a bit of a problem with the ac as it was not functioning properly but overall it was a pleasent stay.

Property stil undercontruction n renovation so dust surrounding and look bad on the way to ur room...toilet floor not flat so the water flood at one side..everytime aft use nid push the water on floor...plus point this accomodation is walking distance to beach n seafood restaurant n size of room n bed was jz nice

Not a good hotel to stay”
Pros: 1. Near to Cenang beach 2. Staff is helpful 3. Bed is ok Cons: 1. Never trust the room pictures advertised in the internet 2. No elevator 3. Bathroom is so dirty, not well maintained and no water at sink 4. Aircond not properly maintined, our last 2 nights, the aircond was not working thus the room is so hot 5. The room key seems faulty, very hard to insert the key 6. No chair and mirror in the room except bathroom mirror

Worst Budget hotel in Langkawi”
Building looks incomplete in part of the hotel. Only two Mineral waters 500 ml is given for duration of three nights stay. Any additional bottle.is charge for RM2 each. One Towels is supplied for the whole duration stay and not change after they make up the room. This will our first and last time we look at this hotel???

SUPER TERRIBLE ROOM”
Only ONE pro, which is the superb location, walking distance to shops, eateries and beach. SO MANY CONS! Super hard to find the hotel - no signboard for The Chapter Suites & Hotel. No parking or proper lobby. Room smells of old rotten wood. Gaping hole in the floor with broken wooden plank and 2 cockroaches running around on the floor! Immediately asked to change to another room! New room had same awful smell with leaking ceiling. And also had cockroach the next day! Dirty bathroom floor full of insects, rusty water from sink pipe, dirty toilet bowl and ants. Huge bed , but my little child was coughing and crying the whole night for 3 nights,i am guessing the bed is full of dust and bed mites! No housekeeping for whole 4 days staying there. Had to go to counter and ask for rubbish bags! SUPER BAD experience, WORST HOTEL EVER! Paid RM165 per night, and yet the standard is like a RM90 per night MOTEL! Photo in the website was such a hoax. REGRET AND WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.

Room was not clean. Bed sheet & blanket had stains. No fridge. No mirror in the room, only in the bathroom. Towel was poor quality. Only pro is the location. Beach is across the road at the back of the buildings. A lot of restaurants nearby. Not suitable for family with kids.
