The location is very good, with a hallway connecting to Mid Valley Padini right from the lobby. The staff are all very friendly, and the breakfast buffet in the morning is quite delicious. The rooms are all very clean, with the only small drawback being that the bathtub seems to have been used for a while and has some stains that can't be washed off. I would still choose to stay here again next time.

It's pretty good. My impression of KL's accommodations is that there are many hotels that operate by subcontracting with landlords, and the quality is not guaranteed. St. Giles is a decent hotel with good hygiene conditions. However, they did not provide bottled water and instead gave two glass bottles for guests to fill up with water themselves. The water dispenser was a bit slow, and there were often queues. Other than that, everything was impeccable, and the location is very good, making shopping convenient.

I stayed in room 2214 in Sep 2024 for two nights. Cleanliness: Room & toilet is clean. Shower and shampoo provided in bulk container, no need to request for extra every day. Wifi: Strong and stable wifi. Bed: Good mattress and nice pillow & bolster. Just a little stain found on the blanket, but others are clean. Aircond: Moderate on the toilet side of the bed, cold at the other side. Amenities: I like the big glass bottle that this hotel provide in the room where I can refill water anytime I want at the water dispenser mounted in the wall near the elevator corridor. Check in: at 3 pm by default but I requested for early check in because I arrived at 12 pm. I got my room at 1 pm without any extra charges (depends on the room availability). It helps me a lot because I have meeting at 3 pm. So I can have a good rest before meeting. Front desk staff are very warm and nice, they offer me to leave my luggage before check in and lunch at the mall while waiting for the room available. Breakfast: 630 - 1030 am. You can have breads, pastries, muffins, cakes, noodle soup, sausages, omelettes, nasi lemak, porridge, cheese macaroni, many types of cereals, traditional kuih, fruits, yoghurt, tea, coffee, fresh milk, juices. I like their omellete; big and scrumptious. No cheese station by the way but it's ok. Parking: I parked at H zone but luckily I have no problem finding a parking lot. But in order to have short walking distance to the elevator near the hotel, you can park at the north court. Go to the nearest elevator and go down to level G. The connecting path between the hotel and the mall is just on your right side when you exit the elevator , behind Vincci. Make sure to validate your TNG card before leaving so that you can get a flat rate of RM5 for the parking. I purposely booked hotels connected to malls so that I can spend time at the mall at leisure. Definitely will come again.

I have stayed in both cititel and st giles boulevard hotel this month. Overall St Giles is much better compared to cititel. both have direct entrance to midvalley megamall. I stayed in room 1722 in July 2024 Cleanliness: Room is clean, toilet is clean, room smells nice when we enter Wifi: Strong and stable wifi Bed: Good mattress and super comfy Aircond: Moderate power, i wish it can be more cooler. maybe due to the current weather that is extremely hot, I dont feel cold in my room Check in: Super smooth check in at 2pm. Front desk staff malay boy is polite and pleasant. (Unlike cititel hotel that is so crowded around the check in time, we need to queue long just for check in, we only manage to enter our room at 4.30pm. so if u dont want to stress yourself, please stay in st giles and avoid going to cititel hotel) Breakfast: Many choices of food to choose from. Breads, pastries, muffins, cakes, noodle soup, sausages, omeletes, nasi lemak, porridge, many types of cereals, traditional kuih, fruits, yoghurt, tea, coffee, teh tarik, fresh milk, juices. Breakfast as early as 630am open till 1030am. I like their croissant the most. very soft, fluffy and buttery Parking: They shared the parking with midvalley mall. the staff informed us that zone H is the nearest parking, however it is very hard to park in zone H as the parking space is very small and limited. It is better if u park at zone C instead. zone C is located at the north court. After park in zone C (near Aeon), u can take the lift or escalator up to level G. u can see vincci and padini shop very big, and the entrance to the hotel is right beside vincci. super convenient u need to validate your tng card at the hotel counter during the checkout. u will get a flat rate of rm5 for the parking, per 24 hour. Amenities: I like that this hotel provide a good quality bath robe, u can wear the bath robe if you’re going to the pool Facilities: Gym, spa, breakfast place and pool all located at level 9 of the hotel TV: local tv channel (tv1,2,3,7,9 etc), youtube apps, also there are a lot of movies uploaded in the tv itself where u can browse and watch Overall experience: if 1 thing to improve I wish their aircond to be more cooler. I like my room to be super super cold. anyway I enjoyed my stay in st giles boulevard hotel. will definitely revisit this hotel again.

The hotel is location is excellent and adjoining it, is a huge shopping mall with many retail shops and eateries. My booked room is clean and comfortable, but it does not have any sofa seats which means if you have guest visiting you, no sitting for them. All the staff, at the main lobby entrance, reception and café are very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with my room internet connection and one of the front desk staff came to help me, at 12am, on my first night, to try to resolve it for me, which unfortunately, didn’t work out. Most memorable was, on my second day, I was too tired to go for my breakfast and asked my wife to bring 3 eggs for me after she finished eating. Apparently, she asked the café Manager Mr Syam, for permission to bring back 3 eggs for me and was granted. I was in my room resting when one of the staff from the café, named Tina, surprised me by bringing breakfast to my room with a variety of food, something which I have never experience before, when I was staying in many other hotels. It was like room service without additional charges. I gave both of them a fat tip later on. There is only one major problem for me, which is, I was unable to connect my computer to the room wi-fi network, where I was informed that my notebook internet receiver is outdated while their new system is the latest. So for those who have old notebooks, take note of this issue. If not for this problem, my stay in this hotel will be very satisfying and most enjoyable.
