Very New, Clean & many facilities. ”

I actualy try few guest hse in chinatown,Raizz, Matahari n Reggage got Bed Butts, untill i found ds 1. is new, look like budget hotel than guest house, TV area w Sofa at d Lobby like 3 Stars standard, 3computers free4use.Free hot&cold filter water. Hair dryer n ironning is free. Nice view relaxing area on rooftop. Free city bus jst right in front, Central market n Chinatown 100m walking distance. Friendly & helpful staff. Things ne 2improve, shower toilet area really ne put floor mat to dry every 1 slipper or wet foot as it really cause d floor become wet n sticky on n on.Understand Chinatown most r old building even had done a lot renovation but d drainage really cause bad smell . 3rd floor is under renovation, Suggest owner use solid wooden bed 4long term. New pillows shld be soft 1 ,mental bunker bed making a lot cracky sound. Start Shaking after a lot heavy user. Bar stool chair Is 2high on dining table. Overall compare with other old gst hse I think is good value.

good is very clean n New. location 50m walking to Pasar Seni LRT station. convenient with 24 hrs shops . things to improve. d mental bunk bed making a lot noise. toilet door slamming noise give u bad sleep. restroom area floor always get wet n dirty due to not dry floor mat. overall this new hostel is value for what u paid compare w d rest guest house . d rooftop area can b improve a bar stool doesn't work on d low table. wooden sofa chair is too hard to sit. d is 4 beds, 6 beds n 24 beds mixed the r different price. best thing u get free city bus just right in front . overall is good .

Could be cleaner”

Served as our transit hotel because of the cheap price. Very near to central market and lrt pasar seni station, the next station from kl sentral (the central station), and also near to petaling street. Cons: Cleanliness of bathroom and comfort rooms should be improved. It has a bad smell! Rooms should at least have a small table to put our phones or any gadgets while charging (also, the sockets are very high! We don’t even know how we’re going to charge our phones!) I don’t know if they are changing the bed sheets after guests checked out since I’m not that satisfied with the cleanliness of the bedsheets, seams like it was used already.

Good Location”

The location was accessible to all point in KL. near central market and MRT station. Observation: The toilet not so clean and water sprinkle defective handle. The room was good and cold AC, but no other drawer or cabinet to put some items like snacks and water. But overall was Great!

Very very small room. Only space for a bed and for your luggage. Toilet is outside and you need to pass by reception. The staff are friendly. Lower rooms have no window.. But upper rooms have windows and also few more steps to walk up..

The cheapest stay just to sleep”

Everything is reasonable for a super-cheap price, but they provide the wrong remote control so it is impossible to control the air conditioner.

You get what you paid So dont expect too high . For me the receptionist is really responsive to my complain. So i really recommend . The receptionist maybe look rude. But actually its the way of communication. When i lost my luggage key.he really help me to open my luggage. So this is really plus point

Dark, dingy queen room - looks nothing like the photos”

I stayed in a private queen room. Rooms are dark and dingy, a small box. The bed was pretty uncomfortable, I could feel the springs in the mattress as soon as I sat down. I was on the 3rd floor, beneath the rooftop terrace which was noisy all night. Noise travels very easily from other rooms and in the corridor. Toilet/shared bathroom needs to be cleaned more regularly. Pro's it's a great location and the staff were friendly enough but there are a lot of other hostels in this area.

I Love this place I feel like home already”

We have a pleasant stay here with warm welcome and comfortable. The shared bathroom is the nice point as well plus a budget expense for over all. Thump up

Don't not use lower price to lure people ”

I understand that you need to save budget from maintenance in this pandemic. For my case is that I don't hv hot water for bath. That's totally fine. However you shouldnt try to charge the customer for upgrading the room or whatever excuses. I paid for what I want through agoda. Please read through the hotel policy if you have time. Because this company have some very tedious policy which will fine you if you against it. They won't tell you the details until the very last minute. Overall my experience in the bed station is bad and I won't recommend anyone to come. Who's know later i will be fined for some very stupid policy. I just want to have a place to stay.

Great place for the money”

Efficient staff and very clean. This is very much a budget option so dont expect the Ritz. But good location and staff and I would certainly stay there again

BED BUGS!!!”

WARNING! BED BUGS INFESTATION! Stayed a night at a dormitory, few minutes into laying on bed i felt bites and woke up to check the bed, to my horror, there were at least 4 bed bugs crawling on the bed (confirm 4 cause i killed them instantly). At the same time another person in the same room was waking up to the same horror, both of us complaint and requested to change the beds, and got changed to another bed in the same room, guess what, bugs too!

Bad service”

The service was terrible since i knew the hotel - towel not provided - i chose the room with shower attached, but only hv shared bathroom - easily heard beside rooms eg talking, - the bed was untidy and prepared once u arrived.
