Hard times”
Even though we stayed in covid times the hotel was great in every way. Situated on the river it offered everything you could want. The 4 stars for staff is because they forgot to charge for a massage and in return forgot to give us the deposit back. We got that sorted later though, over the phone.

Staff is very nice. We arrived early without notice and expected to wait until check-in time but Staff allowed us to check-in early. The room was clean. We requested new towels in the second day. The staff said yes and offered to clean the room entirely. The location is quite far from stores and local market. It is suitable for relaxation and feel tranquility.

Got the room we booked but breakfast was not included because it'a a weekday. I remember that I booked the hotel with the filter "breakfast included". The swimming pool and some areas were under reconstructed. Firtunately, it wasn't noisy.

The pool is on maintenance. The room is quite small and not that clean. No views/ the shower is not warm. Recommend to look for other location.
