Stayed here many times, the staff are friendly, the pool is great, the location is fantastic. Can’t comment on the breakfast because we always go to a cafe on the street at the back of the hotel. I have said before that the rooms could do with tea and coffee facilities.

Quiet simple low cost hotel, but clean and in good area. Nice, helpful staff. Bathroom fairly average with things not working perfectly etc but that is probably because of low cost. We paid well less than 1000baht a night so that is why are more than happy to return.

Tanawit is in a great location just minutes walk to the beach and night market. A few years ago this hotel was good but now looking a bit tired, the pool is great.

Really needs updating ”
We love this hotel and stayed here many years. The location is brilliant and the staff are helpful and pool area is decent but the rooms are now so old and dated that we probably won't return. The hotel is clean but the rooms look so grubby they don't look clean. I can't understand why they wouldn't do some basic painting etc I'm sure it would reap them far more customers

This hotel needs some investment - it’s run down - the furniture and finish around the place need renovation The staff helped when we had problems and spoke English well, and it was clean - so service wise it was good

Quiet, center location, price value too high”
We understand that after covid time a hotel can not be renovated completely. The room was quiet, the bed was soft. The room is a bit dark and some lamps are not working. The room was clean but mushi in the bathroom. We had a bathtub which was too small to shower. The pool was clean and nice. The price is too high for what you get. The locotion is very good in the middle of the center and close to the night market...

This hotel has seemingly turned into a part hotel and part condo for leasing. The only facility for travellers are the rooms. They dont have coffee/tea or drinks,not even laundry service. There is no Spa, as the name implies. The only positive is its good location being right at the center of the town and only 10 minutes walk from the train station.

Pretty Grim! ”
The hotel and the room were both equally fairly grim. The room wasn’t clean and the bathroom was dirty. The staff were friendly enough - Which makes me feel bad for writing this review. However, a smiling, friendly approach doesn’t make up for a shoddy experience I’m afraid. I was booked in for two nights - I left after the first!

It's close to train station. Could be able to walk from huahin station to hotel within 5 minutes.
