What you see is what you get. Pros: Beautiful scenery and nice landscape; rabbit area for kids; quiet; quick check in and check out; good room service dinner Cons: room was not competitively priced compared with surrounding area; staff was NOT so proactive in being helpful such as clearing plates from room service dinner or asking if we needed help; ;the room was very basic and needing updating, and a bit strangely designed with the counter tops being too small and out of proportion; curtains in the room did not keep out the light; the breakfast was okay but lacked variety; didn't appreciate my salad already slathered with salad cream Agoda sent a reply email saying this resort could accommodate our requests, but it didn't say which requests. Agoda should make it clear which requests were granted, because not all were granted.

Big place for family trip”
I want to recommend this place for family trip . They have a nice big place resort . Many rabbits that you can feed them . Swimming pool. Nice buffet breakfast. We stay at a big house with 4 bedrooms and can stay for 12 persons . Bed room size is good and each room has own bathroom which is a best part . But the living area is pretty small , big balcony on the top but it was pretty dirty . Bad smell from water outside can come inside and weak Wi-Fi signal so we can’t use it . Renovation and upgrade will make this place much better . Overall , I still think this place still be a good place for family trip .

Such a good Resort for Family trip”
Resort's areas is so big and surrounding with green color of trees and Tanoasri Mountain. The swimming pool is grate with good scenery of natures. Staffs are nice. Room are clean with good quality of facility. I definitely come back here again for sure and would recommend friends and family to stay here next time !! :)
