air conditioning hall area leaking, also hall area quite dull (not recommended for gathering) all air-conditioning need to service, all facilities good, just air-conditioning and hall light

It's quite the match for an event like us, with beautiful pool and game room. But the maintanence is a bit down in the sense of the facilities. We were hoping the owner could respond quick, and give the cooperation through out the booking. But the reply was 7/10. Anyhow so far, our trip was amazing. Tq

The host provides 24-hour mobile service. #We haven't even checked in yet and the host didn't explain how to get the key. #They didn't answer the phone even though we were already at the door. #They said there is a swimming pool but the water is dirty. #They said there is a pool table but it's moldy and the cues are broken. #They said there is mahjong but there aren't enough tiles. #They said there is a KTV but it's difficult to connect to WiFi even with the TV on. #They said there are 6 rooms but only 5 are usable. #They said there are 5 rooms with water heaters but one of them is broken. #10 air conditioners share one remote control. 🤔 #The room is leaking. 😮💨 #Some room doors are broken. 😮💨 #Some bathroom doors are broken. 😮💨 #Some beds are broken. 😟 #The toilet water overflows out of the room. 😟 #The kitchen is very dirty. 🥴 #The toilet is clogged. #The actual place doesn't match the photos online. 😔 Not even worth one star! Think twice before booking this accommodation! *I've traveled many times, and this is the worst. 😒😒

It’s a perfect place for 1-2 generations family to conduct a family gatherings/occasion/events.! The lady staff that attended to us during our check-in process was very welcoming & helpful in showing us around with the facilities.!
