⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the location was very convenient. I especially want to mention Suzan and Dishen at the reception. They were both incredibly friendly, always greeted us with a warm smile, and were very helpful with everything we needed. Their hospitality made my stay even more pleasant and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and excellent service.
The hotel is located at quite Pudu area but still close to Imbi (walking distance to Berjaya Times Square and Lalaport). Despite TRX is near from the view and on map, there was no safe direct path to go TRX (need detour). There was mamak restaurant and 7-Eleven nearby though. The room was clean but the shower wall was moldy. The toilet has very narrow gap to sit comfortably due to the glass partition getting in the way. The staff sometimes friendly but sometimes unattentive. Anyway, the price is worth the stay.
Cons: - There were stains on the comforter. - The bathroom drainage seemed to be clogged as the water drained very slowly. - The room was a bit dusty. Pros: - Check-in is very convenient, available from 3 PM until midnight, and check-out is at 12 PM, making the process smooth and quick. - The deposit required is only RM50, which is quite reasonable. - The Deluxe Queen Room was spacious and offered a nice city view. - The room was well-prepared, with 2 towels, 1 small towel, as well as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and body wash provided. - An iron is available upon request at the counter. - Two bottles of mineral water, a water heater, and coffee were provided. - Parking is limited and based on availability, though there is paid parking next to the hotel. - The waiting area is beautifully designed, and there is a space for dining as well. Overall, it was a pleasant stay despite a few minor issues. I would recommend it for the convenience and comfort, especially with the city view and affordable deposit.
The hotel is located at what I consider a perfect distance between the madness of Bukit bintang and the not so nice Pudu area. You can walk to various malls from the place and even stroll to BB if you don’t want to face the constant traffic. The room I got was small but well put. The ac takes its time to work but it does the job. The darkness of the room is great allowing for a good rest. The downside was their room/housekeeping service. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom when I checked in. I asked politely to be removed but it was left there after the first service. I don’t think the guys at the housekeeping department has to be blame entirely for this, since, I think they are too small of a team and nobody supervised them either. I stayed for 7 days and received service 3 times, and I had to ask for it constantly to the front desk staff.

Park for rm36 (2 nights) private parking. No private hotel parking provided. My package including breakfast. Very limited choice. Rice + chicken curry + anchovies sambal + boiled eggs. Tea & coffe + water dispenser skyjuice. But the taste was perfect & tasty. Value for money. Walking distance (cross the road) to speedmart & mamak restaurant.
