Preserve the cleanliness of the house. . Two (2) towels will be provided; . No "DURIAN" at the premises; Appreciate silent hour after *11pm*. . No drugs and weapons; - Guests are advised to switch off the lights etc. water tap and other electricity when you leave; . Guests are advised to keep all your valuable belongings safe during the stay. Infahome is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, stolen or damaged of guests’ valuable belongings; - Please ensure that do not disturb neighbours after 11pm, by reducing the volume of noise. The Management will take action if they received complaints from security guard or neighbourhoods during the silent hour; . No assignment or subletting without consent of the owner; . No Daily cleaning provided, cleaning do after check out. (Please inform us if you needs) . No shoes inside the bedroom; - A cleaning fee of RM200 will be charged if the house is too dirty to clean; . No Breakfast provided; . If Guests lose or do not return their keys or cards, a replacement fees of RM200 will be imposed; Please ensure all of your belongings are with you before checked out. Infahome is NOT responsible for any item left after checked out. Please call us immediately if your discover item left, we will try to assist to locate the lost item; Save the Earth. Washer and Dryer are on the 12th floor. - All items provides is ONLY to be used within the house; Simply get down to 12th floor at the laundry room, there is one self-service laundry available at a reasonable rate. Vacation with friends”

I came with my 5 friends and booked this hotel suites. It was the best decision ever as the room is spacious and it is very clean. All the facilities i’d say very complete. The view is amazing and it is definitely worth every penny :)

Recommended for big family”

the room is big and can fit 6 adult. we are accidentally broken owner's access card but owner didn't ask us to pay for the damage. very nice owner. Resort Suites is same building with Sunway Pyramid Hotel but use different lift which is at B1. it is connected with Sunway Pyramid Mall, very convenient.

great place to stay if you're most of the time out from the room”

The house is clean and great location in sunway area. However the word "resort" doesnt reflect any thing related about resort. It doesn't have swimming pool, doesn't have lobby. the access is from car park level. so if you wanna keep your luggage, you can only leave it in front of lift ground floor unsupervised. Or depends on Sunway resort's hotel staff's kindness to keep your luggage if needed. The house has balcony however it can only serve as drying clothes area because it's exposed to the mall exhaust air ventilation and the house aircon exhaust which faces the balcony. so once you open the window, you will just be exposed to super hot air and weather. No ventilation in the house so we have to open the door to get air circulation. My kids have allergy rhynitis and cough. it was very bad during our stay because of the bad air circulation. But if you are healthy and just for a quick stay, this will be value for money

Wonderful stay”

We had a wonderful stay in this suite, self checkin was fast, spacious and comfortable room. Very clean and the host Mr Albert very helpful and fast reply to our WhatsApp. Love the location too just above the sunway mall. Will definitely come back here :)
