Apartment with Good Security Guard”
The unit definitely cannot accommodate 5 pax. The mattress that was provided definitely cannot be used to sleep on because it was too thin. The lock of the main door is broken and we were given a new lock gate which is of no use so our main door cannot be lock which is not safe. Luckily the security staff of the building is not bad so it's not so bad. There are many eateries and cafe nearby so food is no problem. Location is not bad as One Utama is within walking distance. Overall is not bad because apartment is clean.

fist,when i was decided to booked this studio due to can maximum stay for 5 ppl , but there jz only have a queen bed and sofa bed , maximum for 3 ppl only . second,some of the facility ald broken ,like dvd player cannot working , one of the air-corn making a big sound ,cannot slept as well third,the toilet not really clean

Uncomfortable stay. ”
The location is good and the host is responsive. However, the condition is nothing like the photo. It's dirty and the toilet smells. Will not recommend this room. Wifi is weak. A few things broken in the room.

It had to be one of the worst stay in with the priced paid.”
I've been with agoda for years, staying over hundreds of places, and yet I rarely write any complaint or review; but this, I really feel like I have the obligation to let everyone know what are they paying and what are them getting. I paid a total of RM250+- for this stay , and yet, nothing on this stay ever resembles a stay that's worth more than 150. First, the bed sheet, it's some cheap old bed sheets and the owner doesn't even bother changing the sheet after customer, there are traces of stain and hair linger around the bed, and the pillow is soak with weird smell as well. Toilet smells awful even we haven't even use it. The wall are damaged, I wish I could upload some photo to show everyone how terrible condition the units were. Worst of all is the hospitality of the staff. There's no proper reception as its a third party property management, I called and asked how to check in and the staff just told me she's having dinner, go check in myself.

The hotel condition was very bad, we requested for loft but we were given a regular studio, the carpark was flooded during the rain and our bags & shoes were all wet.

This House is not suitable for family with young children ”
This is the first time worst experience i have stay in homestay. 1. The access card was lost by another customer so then we have to ask the security guard to open the gate and lift for us every time. 2. The light in toilet is spoilt and we have shower in the dark. 3. The tiles in the toilet is fall off. 4. The open fencing of Duplex level is very dangerous especially have young kids. 5. The parking card is blacklist.

The apartment is a little run down. Cleanliness is satisfactory only. Some of the electrical appliances are not working. The condition of the apartment can be improved.

Terrible experince in this studio”
Me n my husband have a terrible night here. We totally no sleep at all. The tower is smelly, its very noisy cause the water system got problem, the bed is Terrible BAD!! I very disappointed on this studio and wont return anymore. Waste my money
