Exceptional experience”
I stopped in Koh Lanta for two nights during a short trip of the islands. I had just left a bungalow in the hills of Phi Phi, so it was a nice break from “roughing it” in a backpackers playground. Sri Lanta is quiet and the amenities are great. Koh Lanta has become my favorite place in Thailand and I’ve been all over the country, north to south. I booked an earth suite that had partial ocean and tree top views. My first night I meet a troop of monkeys hanging out in the trees near my balcony. Incredible experience and one of the reasons I will come back to this resort. The monkeys did not show up the second night, I guess they had better places to be on Christmas Eve. The staff were kind and gracious. The beach bar was quiet, mostly families, and couples. If you are a solo traveler looking for a party, this is not the place for you. Perfect for someone like me that likes to enjoy peace and serenity. My only issue is that I booked through Agoda and my initial dates were wrong. I noticed as soon as I made the reservation and attempted to move the dates by one day, but the hotel would not allow. A representative from Agoda tried to help but the staff at Sri Lanka would not budge, stating they were fully booked. This was not true. I was able to extend the stay by one night and still stayed in Koh Lanta for my desired dates. I had to pay for a night that I was not at the hotel because Sri Lanta would not allow a date change 30 minutes after my reservation was made. That was disappointing but I learned a lesson, always double check your dates before confirming and paying for a reservation. I’ve never had this issue before as most places are understanding and willing to work with you, not Sri Lanta. Other than that, the stay was good. I’m a easy guest, clean, quiet I don’t ask for much. Highly Recommend.

Beautiful, Friendly, and Comfortable ”
Very very happy with our stay at Sri Lanta. Our room was very nice. We enjoyed the beach views from our room, large hot tub and the modern bathrooms and showers. The airline lost our luggage and the staff was very helpful in calling and talking to people for us. The beach front and 3 pools are well kept with plenty of chairs. There is even an underground tunnel to walk safely to the beach. Breakfast was amazing. Maybe the best bacon I’ve had in Asia. Good drinks and food at the bar on the beach. There is a tourist agent on the grounds to rent bikes and help with any other things you would like to do. This is very convenient. Our only negative comment is that our large bed was two smaller beds put together which caused some discomfort during sleep. Would give Sri Lanta a 9.9 out of 10 and would go back in an instant.

Brilliant hotel”
Without doubt one of the best and most friendly hotels in Koh lanta. The manager and staff can't do enough to help you and really make a effort with there customers and try there best with talking English and asking about are travels and stay. The room were spot on very clean and tidy and in excellent condition. If you are a couple or on a honey moon in the summer this is a idea spot. Lovely beach and food is great with good cocktails. Really enjoyed our stay thank you

My husband and I went there last week and stayed for 4 days. The resort was exceptionally clean and beautiful. The staffs were helpful and attentive to all our needs. We got the Cloud suite overlooking the ocean view. It was very clean and well kept. The walk on the beach was well worth the effort. The pool area was also kept clean and accessible. We had breakfast the first morning and it was very good. The food selection was great and tasty. We walked along the road just a few blocks and there are lots of restaurants to choose from. There are plenty of 2 row taxis to take you to town at all hours and they will wait to take you back. We had a wonderful time there. Will go back again.

We would love to return to this hotel. We are glad that it is working again after the covid break. The staff is very nice, although sometimes it ś seen that they are new and inexperienced. We perceived one problem - the lack of telephones in the rooms. The hotel encourages you to download the LINE app and use your own phone. The app is either paid or contains ads, which is very annoying. So we used our feet to communicate with the reception :)

We have visited this hotel three times in the last four years. It's location cannot be beaten and very importantly it has great beachfront and loads of sunbeds. However, a word of warning, the accomodation lies up a steep hill on the other side of the road and as we are both senior citizens we did struggle at times.

Wonderful and clean resort. Exceptional staffs who tend to your needs. Beach front property with access to all the local restaurants and other activities. 3 swimming pools are great. Breakfast was wonderful with many different choices. Room was clean and beautiful view. I cant say enough about all the staffs there. They were so helpful and attentive. The manager was exceptionally polite and made sure our stay was pleasant. Will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends

Love the resort. But I’d ask for a bungalow with more light, ours was in a corner & very dark. Also, the coconuts were over priced. On the street they’re 1/3 of what the resort sells them for. A 50% markup would be understandable but 3 times is a bit ridiculous

Great view, right across the beach. They even have massages and other spa treatments by the pool area. The staff members were nice, not overly accommodating but still nice. I loved my room and all of the cool features. The pool and sun-chairs were very relaxing. They were in the midst of construction when I stayed so I am sure it looks even better now. It's a great place I would absolutely recommend it. It's a little out of the way from main food and bar spots but I am sure that with a motorbike it's way easier to get around. As for tuk tuks, they are so overpriced so if you can ride a motorbike around I highly recommend it!

Although there are constant carts available for ferry service- Only improvement could be a greater and more changeable breakfast - although what’s on offer is perfectly adequate!
