Soyang-dong hotels & places to stay

You couldnt get more central than this hotel. The rooms have remote control lights, elec toilets, desktop computer, huuugggee TV and everything else you can think of. The rooms are large and clean. For such a cheap price this place is amazing! We stayed in some 4 and 5 star hotels in Korea that didnt have all the things this place had. The room had a bit of a love vibe to it with coloured lights and funky wallpaper but it didnt feel sleezy like some of the love hotels we stayed in. The host, Mr Kim, was very very helpful but couldn't speak too much english, but enough to help us out with everything.

The boss and staff spoke minimal English but they were extremely helpful and friendly. The boss always tries his best to communicate with us in English. They helped us with our laundry (washing, drying and even folding them) and refused any payment for their service. The hotel room is clean and spacious. The only downside of the hotel is its WiFi which cannot connect to foreign devices properly. Funny thing is that it's only mobile phones that has connection problem, but it works fine on laptops. Overall it was a pleasant experience staying there!

Brother and I travel with our parent and grandparent. We are so tried as we got an overnight flight before arrived to Chuncheon. We arrived hotel at around 10am. It was so nice we could get a early check-in of two rooms first, and the remaining one in the afternoon around 2-3pm, so we could have a short sleeping time before our journey. It was not much room at the hotel, but it is quite big enough with a company in a single room. We could check our details of the coming journey. I love it, very convenience for tourist. The beds are comfortable. People are nice! Also, the location is good, so many restaurant nearby. And my family members are all satisfy with the hotel. Thanks so much for bringing me a unforgettable experience and memory in Chuncheon.

I had a pleasant stay at chuncheon hotel. Although the room is not super big, but enough for the 3 of us. The staffs are very helpful and they can speak english fluently. The hotel manager, Mr Tony is a warm and friendly guy, he greeted us in mandarin whenever he bumped into us. The location was superb, if you don't have much luggage, you can actually walk from chuncheon train station to the hotel, just spot the cross hung high up at a church.. there's where the hotel is. In addition, it is situated next to Chuncheon myeong dong area, and dakgalbi street. Dakgalbi is yummilicious too.
