We stayed in this peaceful cottage style villa for 4 nights. Selflessly clean with a superb cooked bufet breakfast. Short stroll down to beautiful Tubtim beach with quiet bars and restraunt or a 5 minute stroll along the coastal path to a much livelier beach with water sports and many bars and restaurants. Highly recommended accommodation at a very good price

Went on a holiday weekend and very busy. Sky cottage very clean, and well looked after. Though location is some distance from the beach so a 5 minute walk to the sea, and no view of the water. I found the lady managing to be extremely unfriendly, though better with my children. The breakfast was a bit limited.

We enjoyed our stay here. Overall, the bed was comfortable and our room with patio was of good size and quality. Breakfast was totally fine. There is nothing I can suggest that needs improvement. At times, other guests can be loud or annoying but this is normal in any holiday spot.

When the manager of a guesthouse doesn't even acknowledge your presence or respond to your greetings at breakfast because she's too busy playing with her smartphone and joking with the kitchen staff, you know you're not welcome! The place is on a dirt road leading to the beach, poorly lit at night. Breakfast is acceptable but not great. Room is OK once you bring in the balcony furniture, otherwise all your stuff will be on the floor. Not a good experience all in all. We visited other places while we were there and there are a lot of better options for the same price. Stay away!

Rude, uncaring staff. When we arrived she shouted from her desk " take your shoes off " than tried to overcharge us 40£ more. We showed the booking and had to pay all on arrival. No toiletries, no cleaning, or towels change, they were smelly unwashed. Breakfast they try to give us leftover fried eggs from day before heated in microwave and some frankurters reheated in water in microwave. Disgusting, had breakfast out. Never greated the guest, we felt like intruders at 62£/ night. Do not go there. Wanted to move but she took money ahead

Hotel nuevo en Koh Samet”
Se trata de un hotel nuevo situado a escasos 2 minutos caminando de una de las playas tranquilas de la isla. El hotel está nuevo, la decoración es bonita y de momento está bien cuidado a nivel de instalaciones tanto en habitaciones como en comedor. Es buena opción para huir de toda la masa turística que se agolpa en el norte de la isla. El desayuno está bien para ser del sureste asiático aunque es básico ya que ofrece leche, agua y cafés solubles, pan y mermelada, huevos fritos, fruta, alguna verdura cortada y un plato cocinado que cambia según el día (pancakes, noodle, etc.). En cuanto al precio es algo caro por la media de todo el sureste pero como en toda la isla ya que saben que son foco de turismo nacional desde Bangkok y aprovechan ello y que es una isla pequeña para subir los precios.

Posizione buona 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, spiaggia adiacente ma come purtroppo tutta quasi ko samed sporca e invasa dai motoscafi (presenza catrame). Buon rapporto qualità prezzo dell hotel (meglio le stanze all ultimo piano) Staff non parla inglese ko samet è un piccola perla delle isole della Thailandia ma purtroppo sempre più degradata dalla sporcizia., serve consapevolezza da parte di tutti.

Het personeel spreekt geen woord Engels, de eigenares wel maar zij is erg onvriendelijk. Doet niets extra voor haar gasten. Ontbijt karig met koude gebakken eieren en koude pannekoekjes.
