Fantastic staff”
Our whole experience was great, but special mention must go to the fabulous staff team. The lady on reception was exceptional (I had a broken foot and was on crutches and she was incredibly accommodating). The driver who collected us from our boat and then took us to meet our boat to Adang Resort was great, he even met us with our luggage on our return and took us to meet our boat for our onward journey. I’d give the staff 10/10, they really were fantastic. The resort was clean, well designed and faced right onto the beach. Two great pools and really good breakfast too. Hard to fault it, especially for the really competitive price.

Sita Beach Resort was outstanding! Their staff was waiting for us at the pier when we arrived. They were also waiting for us in Satun after we left the island. The breakfast buffet is the best I’ve had in Thailand. Lots of variety! The room we had was spacious with a large deck facing the ocean. The staff was very accommodating in driving us up the hill to our room anytime we requested it. I would definitely recommend staying there!

Good Choice for Pattaya Beach, Koh Lipe”
Pool View room good choice with a great pool, very helpful staff. Bar staff, Nicky, was especially friendly giving good service and pleasant conversation. Try a Baan Thai cocktail which is very tasty with mulled lemongrass, kaffir leave, mint, lime - very yummy. Breakfast was included and great with good offerings. Restaurant offered a good menu with good food;

There are many stairs to climb to get to your room. If you are elderly, pay extra for rooms below. All the employees are very friendly. I would stay there again.

Room is big, staff is helpful and friendly”
This is 2nd time I stay this hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious. U can just snorkeling in front of the hotel and u can see nemo fish already. The whole island a lot of insects and mosquitos, every hotel room has it, not only Sita room has. Prepare mosquito repellent before visit the lipe island.

Amazing resort”
Sita beach resort is one of the best resort of Koh Lipe. I stayed there for 4 days and never had such an amazing time. Buffet Breakfast menus were really good. Though could improve on providing different varieties during lunch and dinner. The housekeeping staff were amazing. Everyday they took care of room maintenance and didn’t disturb us during our stay. Will definitely recommend this resort if you are travelling to Koh Lipe and waiting for staying back again in Sita Beach Resort.

Nice location on the beach. Rooms were clean and comfy, good breakfast, reception staff were excellent. A point to note... for people who have difficulty with stairs, request for a ground floor unit as some rooms are on upper floors and there are no lifts.

10mins walk along the beach to walking street, free pick up and drop off from jetty, surprised birthday cake from the hotel on my birthday, hotel with beach front with beautiful snorkeling spot. Quiet and relaxing area on the lsland. Very accommodating for request of pick up and drop off buggy service from Vila. Clean and spacious rooms. Has 2 pools on site if you had enough of the sea, with nice booth like sun beds.

Tranquil, great place to unwind and the clear blue sea is wonderful to swim in. Staff are all friendly and helpful whenever needed. Our room was excellent with a great view of the resort and sea. Only complaint was about the cleanliness of the toilet by the second pool which I got the feeling they were well aware. Breakfast is wonderful and eat as much as you like, for me that was lots of coffee. Eat at the resort or there are plenty of eateries along the beach and along walking street

Lovely place but oh it could be far far better”
We stayed for a second time,we love the beautiful gardens and lovely buildings the fantastic staff,but could be so so much better,the beds are so firm poor sleep, the pool towels so tatty the bottom pool is lovely but needs to get issues sorted, such a shame it could simply be the best hotel on koh lipe with a bit more tlc come on Sita beach get it sorted
