We stayed here for our trip in Kuala Lumpur and we literally walked to all of the most famous tourist attractions in the city. Everything is in walking distance. There is 7-Eleven right on the ground floor of the building. However, we saw cockroaches in the apartment. And the lamp in our bedroom did not work. After all, this is still an above average stay in Kuala Lumpur that you can find with excellent location, which would save a lot of money on transportation.

I booked a 3 bedroom suite which has more than 1000 sq.m in size. Needless to say, it's spacious and as one of the most luxurious apartment in Kuala Lumpur, it's luxuriously furnished as well. From electronics, television, home appliances to kitchen appliances, everything is branded, luxurious and squeaky clean. I was given a relatively Low floor due to the fact that I'm travelling with the children. I appreciate the staff for taking the children into consideration when choosing the rooms. The view from the balcony at the 12th storey is nice, however, the view from the 33rd storey infinity pool is way better. The master bedroom and its respective toilet is separated by a full glass panel, frosted for privacy considering that the rooms are more family oriented. Even the full length glass window in the toilet facing the twin towers are semi opaque due to the Low floor. The check in and check out process is swift and hassle free. Thanks for all the necessary preparations done promptly.

I don't have anything to complain about the apartment as it reaches beyond my expectations . Check in wasn't really smooth because initially i thought that the check in process is done @ fraser residences but turns out that you need to call the number provided on the Agoda and the guy will come and pass you the key & card and also he will bring you up to the room . Check out was very smooth as the guy meet me at the Fraser residence lobby as i passed him back the key/card and also same time he passed me back the 300RM deposit. Room wise :- I booked studio apartment and it's quite big and comfortable during the 2 nights there . room is clean and amenities is perfect . Bed is neither hard or soft and it's perfect to me . No complains :) Given a choice , i would definitely book this apartment the next time i visit KL .

I could not have asked for a better place to stay while visiting Kuala Lumpur. The Saba Suites are beautiful apartments with incredible views of the city and landmarks and the location is very central, close to major sites. The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated. Ibrahim was so kind, hospitable, accommodating and genuinely cared to help us settle in and to make sure we were comfortable. It was the best experience and I do plan on staying here again the next time I visit. I would not hesitate to recommend the Saba Suites to friends if they ever go to Kuala Lumpur. It’s now my favourite place to stay.

Felt like home, massive space, great experience, great design, great customer service, lady at night shift was very lovely and helpful, gentleman in the morning went out of his way and helped unconditionally. Absolutely incredible. Only improvement is required in housekeeping area bit i.e. Clean lenin, bed sheets and towels. While staying there, missed my family. Next time family trip deffinitely in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and deffinitely in Regalia Suites!

The rooms are enormous, bathroom too. Has an iron and ironing board, pool, and gym. There is a shuttle bus to take you places. The location is good for expositions/conferences at MITEC, but would not be good for shows at the Putra World Trade Centre, or any business meetings near the centre of Kuala Lumpur as it (and MITEC) are a fair way fom the centre of town. There are shops/restaurants nearby, which you can easily walk to, but not many. There is a shopping centre not far away called Publika which is handy. I recommend signing up for GRAB (the Malay version of UBER), as soon as you arrive. Cheap, easy to use.

Located just 10 minutes' walk from KL Sentral, it is very convenient for travellers to go to any place within Kuala Lumpur. Besides, the serviced residence offers shuffle service for guests going to or from KL Sentral, once per day, saving me a lot of time and energy to walk a long way with my luggage. The hotel room is also very well equipped. I am especially impressed with the kitchenware. Inside the cupboards are knives, can opener, cups, plates, kettle and pots of different sizes. There are also a fridge and an microwave oven. Very superb if you wanna cook inside the apartment or just reheat some wrapped up food. The only defect I have to say is the cleanliness of the bedding. Impeccable as it seems, I still feel a bit itchy when I snuggle in bed. Hopefully they can enhance disinfection of the bedding to keep up optimal conditions.

The view and room was really nice but the facilities is a bit disappointed.. Need to pay for RM 10 just to enter the pool and gym facilities.. The facilities can only be accessed for 2 times in a day..overall is very good.. the price is reasonable.. I'm booking for 2 bedroom apartment and upon check in into the room.. can't believe that there is a total of 3 bedroom.. Super nice for us to stay in a group.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and definitely if we´re visiting Kuala Lumpur again, we´ll choose this hotel. The staff was very friendly & rooms were clean. There is also washing machine for clothes in the kitchen, which was really nice! And the pool area in the roof is really nice! The location was very good. There is short walk to Monorail station, and with the monorail is very easy to move in Kuala Lumpur. There is also big shopping centre near the monorail station, but we recommend you to go to Imbi station to reach very big shopping mall (on the Time Square). Also near the hotel there is bar area with lots of different kind of bars. From the monorail station walk towards Mc Donalds, then turn left and from the first street right. Then walk about 500 m to reach the bar area. Highly recommended!

Before i saying the goods, i would like to say DiGi users are experienced with a very weak telecommunication services. This is because when we arrived the lobby, we had called more than 10times to Mr. Yeasin to come down and lead us to the room but failed due to DiGi have a poor connection at there. Luckily, they provided us free WiFi, the WiFi connection is very strong. I am very satisfied on it. Back to the topic, when we walked into the room, the room look okay, but from the room decoration, we can know that, they did not try their best in maintenance the room to make it look more nice but it is just a very minor part. So, it is acceptable as the building was 5 yo or above (if i not mistaken is completed in 2011). Second, i would like say a million thanks to Mr. Yeasin as he is very kind and helpful, although sometimes we having some communication problems but he is still trying his best to help us to solve the problems. Example, we check-in at 2pm, after he brought us to the room, and we put our luggage and we left without closing all the air-con (i know it is not Eco-friendly, but the air-con is really not cold when we just open). We came back at 10pm, all the air-con in the rooms are still the same, only have wind but not cold at all, only the living room is function as usual. We called him at 10pm something and he came and check for us very patiently. After he also have no idea on what happening on the air-con, he call the technician to check for us. We really appreciate for what he did for us. Third, before we depart to Kuala Lumpur, i had called him for several times to ask about the location, hotel policy and so on as they are different management with Swiss-Garden Residence. He gave me a lot of information which are very useful. Example, he taught us how to come to the residence by using monorail from KL Sentral and so on. Check-in was easy. Udy was fantastic, and came down to meet us in just a couple of minutes. Take train to Bangsar, 1 station from KLSentral on LRT line. Go out turnstiles & turn left then left again up the covered walkway bridge to EST. Go down to ground flr & register at the desk. We used WhatsApp for hassle free contact & fast checkin. Deposit required & returned without problem. Trendy loft style apartment. Balcony, washing machine/dryer, good strong hot shower, kitchen, netflix, 3D TV, great infinity pool, gym and relaxing area on L9. Very clean, easy checkout, serviced apartment so don’t expect a hotel but we loved it and will be back. Very good value and peaceful Thanks again Udy for all your help.

Location was super. However, we had major trouble getting Uber to locate the property on their map, good two bedrooms apartment close ocuuiped with all necessary staff for a family. It close to most of attractions in Kuala Lampurchase. The apartment which was very spacious and nicely decorated. The apartment has everything you could need. The pool is nice. The staff are helpful and overall a great value as its walking distance to many malls restaurants and bars. i face a problm there The guard downstairs at the lobby/foyer was such a snob! I understand u r doing ur job but be a bit more polite. I was a paying customer but regardless u still have to be polite to ALL! I asked my friend to pick me at the foyer. she was instructed to park and so she did while waiting for me to come. Then when i came we try to find the direction on or google map so it took us a while a max of 5mins or so but the guard was being such an annoying person giving us a whistle and with a very rude body langguage and facial expression wanting to dismiss us. Like seriously?! If we are obstructing the area yes u can but still u can do it politely. U r serving and dealing with customers or potential customers. Be professional with what ever job u r doing.

I book this apartment for my grandparents to stay in KL. Usually, we don't expect the staff of the apartment to contact you and send you all information of the hotel through whatsapp. 1. They did it and also updated me my grandparents status. 2.They also call to informed me that someone asked for their room number and ask me do i know them through whatsapp. When i replied, i do not know them. He went up to the room to check are they alright. 3. When i informed him that they will check out early the next day, he still initiate to guard them where to return the access card and early return deposit to them. Trustworthy staff to rely on. Even i'm in Singapore, i do not need to worry about my grandparents. They are well taken care off. Well done to Daily Suites Atria Apartment in KL. You have such a good staff to work for you. Fortunate to have such a great helper. Thank you so much for your service. Appreciate so much.

The room had great view and super comfy. Love the modern studio design of the room and it comes with a King Bed and a Sofa Bed which is great for the kids or any visiting guest. The kitchenette, micromave and washine machine is a wish come true for any travelers.The building facilities are 5 star! Wading Pool with breath taking view, Water Fountain, Sky Lounge, Kids playground Gym and many more! The Location is just a stone throw away from the Petronas Twin Towers, KLCC, Pavilion, National Library, Bukit Bintang, Kl Towers. The staff was freindly and polite. The only thing is that their new F&B will only start operating in September. Truely a hidden gem and definitely will be my home in KL.

Check in was 1 hour later. The helper was was still cleaning the toilet and floors were still soaking wet. Helper left dirty mop and dirty rag in toilet without putting it aside after using. Toilet shower tap fell out of the wall and we had to fix it back in SEVERAL times. Kettle was dirty and we had to boil and reboil tap water to remove residue inside. On the bright side, staff were friendly and accommodated to us needed extra pillow and iron. Apartment was very large and bed was huge.

We are staying at the residence in 2 bedroom apartment style hotel. It has kitchen, large fridge, microwave, large dining table and livingroom. There are 2 bathrooms. Everything is very clean except the floor is a bit dusty. The housekeeping is very nice. The residence building is in different building from the hotel . Check in, breafast and parking space is in the hotel building. There is no bridge or anything to connect both. So after check in at the hotel, you need to walk from the front door to next door residence buliding carrying all your luggage and belongings with you. FYI the time we check in and out there is no single person offer to assist us with our lugagge. The hotel staff just ignore you as you carry all you belongings to the next door. Same in the reaidence building there is only one security guard that don’t even care to help you open the door even though your hand is full of luggage and everything else. Overall it is very good hotel to stay

I love this accommodation, because the plus points are location (e.g. so close to KLCC) and public transport (LRT Ampang Park) less than 5-minute walk away. The apartment is decent; I love that it has washing machine/dryer. Now the cons -- at least, it was for my first time. Be patient & always be in touch with the contact-person, whose phone number is stated on the booking sheet. He/she would be the one handing you the key to the apartment, not the security guards stationed at what you may assume as the reception counter - it is not. U can ask the guards till the cows come home, but they can't help you as they know nothing about your bookings. For those with confirmed bookings, don't expect it to be the usual hotel check-in. Call/text the contact-person before your arrival, stating your date and expected time of arrival. This is most important for those from outside Malaysia. Get a local number, if you could, to maintain communications with the contact-person.

On 15th we reached Kl and check room available on Agoda, there is 5 room there so we book and received booking confirmation. but your staff call and told me that no more room at Time Square suite and reallocate us to Taragon suite which is beside Furama. Totally different place, I was book with 3 adults and 1 infant unit. And Taragon with only one queen bed, I pay for more to get less. You guy told me I must accept because payment go tru credit card, even no accept, payment is already done.!!! No refund !!! And baby with us, extremely not convenience to walk over. Along the way to Taragon road work under construction. We are carry baby stroller share with Car lane to hotel !!!! What the hell!!! Strongly not recommend this dishonest host. That is my very bad experience in KL.

I stayed 2 nights at this property with my family members. Overall was good. Worth staying at this apartment. The apartment was spacious and clean. I don't hesitate to come again in the future. But, some improvements need to be made. 1- The air conditioner unit in the master bedroom was a malfunction and need to repair. I have to open the door so that the air from the living room comes in. 2- The master bedroom toilet door's lock was also needed a repair or at least please spare a key. 3- The water heater for the second bathroom not functioning well and there was some leaking once used. 4- The internet speed was very slow. Could not enjoy watching the TV if everyone else connected to the Wifi connection.

I stayed at Hotel Swiss Garden Residence for a total four and half days with my family (two daughters, wife, mother and mother in law) but not in S.A Royal Suites, Bukit Bintang, KL where I booked and paid by the credit card earlier at Agoda. We enjoyed our time in hotel very much. Because we had to, otherwise it would be wastage of money if we didn't. When we reached KL, I called a guy named Izach, who is working for SA Royal Suites and his ph. no was mentioned on Agoda booking slip as property contact. He told me to come at the hotel to early check-in as I mentioned it during my booking. When we reached at the property's mentioned address which was Berjaya Times Square Residence, and our UBER driver couldn't find SA Royal Suites because there is no such hotel where I booked. The driver and I tried to find in google but failed, no result found. I took a hotel picture from Agoda in my phone which I showed to Berjaya Times Square Residence's security guards and they recognized the fountain in the photo which was their hotel. I start worrying and called again the property guy (Izach), and he told us to wait there for five min but he showed up after about 20 -25 min. Finally we met with SA Royal Suites guy. He told us that they did arrange hotel room in Berjaya Times Square Residence for us but the booked rooms were not available at this time because of the previous guest of those rooms had extended their stay. That time I was really worried as We traveled long including two kids here and now we came to know that our room were not confirmed yet. After a meanwhile Mr. Izach offered me a option to arrange room in a near by hotel named Swiss Garden Residence on Jalan Pudu (near Bukit Bintang). So, I had no other option at this point to deny to go with his option as my family was too much tired and I already paid the hotel rooms bill. We started off to our new hotel and waited their for almost another three hrs. to get our rooms. Now I asked Mr. Izach why they adv
