We loved our stay at Sensi! The bungalows were charming and clean. The location was fabulous! - just a ten minute stroll down the beach to the pier. The staff were super helpful and kind.

Beautiful and convenient ”
Very friendly staff. Beautiful rooms in little bungalows around an area sloping down to the beach. Just five minutes along the beach to the ferry. Quiet but near everything. The nicest restaurants are at the other end of the bay, a 15 minute walk through the town. Totally recommend this place for the staff and rooms. Good breakfast too.

We had the bungalow 30 ( family room) in the garden on hilltop with see view above the trees. The rooms in the garden are more quiet. Big verry nice room with verry big balcony. The resort is perfect cleaned the whole day. Du to the great staff. The staff is everytime verry helpful and friendly special to family’s and child’s. Great beach beside the restaurant and you can snorkel directly from the beach. There is a sunken 20 meter ship in front of the resort which you can snorkel around. Perfect location beside pier, you just can walk there in 5 minutes but the resort is quiet and relaxt. Great breackfast in the hotel. Also every day you get free cake and tee at lunch time at your Bungalow. We aldobtested the Massage and the restaurant. Good meals and good massage. The prices in the hotel for food and beverage are absolutely fair and low. Babybeds are available. Free shuttle from and to the pier. We will come again and can highly recommend this hotel

Convenient location and great staff”
We were well taken care of for our three night stay at Sensi Paradise. From the arrival off the pier to our departure, everything was perfect. They upgraded us to an ocean view to help us celebrate our honeymoon! The breakfast spread was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean. We enjoyed our stay! The location was great, we were in Koh Tao to scuba dive and it was close the Mae Haad Pier. I highly recommend this hotel!

Sensi Paradise for the Win!”
Came here for 2 nights w/a friend after a whirlwind of a party at the full moon and this was a very relaxing place. We didn't want to rent scooters, so it was nice to be able to walk into town for food/massages. We ate at the hotel 2xs and the food was fine. Breakfast was a standard buffet, but I was hooked on smoothie bowls so nothing to me is better than that. We got a sea view, but remember, you have to walk far to get to it. View was worth it. Got a visit from Larry the lizard (size of my arm) in our bathroom and I nearly shat myself when I walked in. Staff was so kind to get rid of him, plug the bath window and gave us a free dinner. The staff was amazing! They picked us up at the pier and dropped us off complimentary. They also, helped me on the private beach with champers and food for my friends bday. We also did a half-day snorkeling tour (best in all the islands we had gone to - Mango Bay!!!) through the hotel which is great because the boat is right there on the beach.

Lovely resort near restaurants”
We enjoyed our stay at Sensi. The resort offers a lot of privacy. It has a wonderful pool and the front desk was exceptional. They really wanted to make sure we were happy. The included breakfast was also very nice. My only complaints were that the wi-fi in the rooms was unusable. I had to use the hotspot on my phone. Also the restaurant that opened for dinner had very good but limited Thai food but no Western options.

Some good, some okay...”
If you look at the reviews from 5-7 years ago, people rave about the location, restaurant, etc. However, as most things in Thailand right now, the charm of it feeling a bit exclusive and tucked away is being replaced by feeling like a hotel trying to get as many Western tourists as possible. The staff was great, the views are great, and the price is fair. However, no matter what anyone says, the food was very mediocre (Thai food bland, not spicy) and Western offerings being a bit...off, in terms of taste. I think this restaurant was a feature at one time, but it is clearly trying to cater to a certain type of tourist - the kind that has made the port area overrun (not their fault, of course). As a result, it's not very quiet around the resort, and we ended up going out for food for almost every meal. The breakfast buffet was above average, though. All in all, Sensi is a nice place on a beautiful island with attentive staff - and still a good value.

we got a discounted price at that time and got the private bungalow, it is on the hill side thus a little bit walk to beach but manageable, I love the design especially the big private sitting area outside the room and how the space is integrated with trees and rocks

A beautiful location on a very busy island”
We had a wonderful time here while on Koh Tao. We didn't much like the 'town' part, especially Sairee Beach, so our bungalow in the trees was an excellent choice to have some quiet.

Had a fantastic week in a nice bungalow with seaview. The poolarea is great, the food likewise and the staff is extremely helpfull. Nice little beach and close to shopping. A really nice place.

June 2016 Stay”
We stayed in the Superior Hut which was great for us, really lovely bungalows in nature and such a peaceful place. Great buffet breakfast and arguably the best set up on the entire beach for relaxation - beach lounges, elevated day beds, beach bar and tyres for use in the water. We didn't have dinner at the restaurant as it was fairly pricey compared to other good restaurants on Koh Tao and had a bit of a middle age vibe. Everything else though was great, and also fyi instead of drinking the water in your bar fridge (30 baht per bottle), nip down to Mae Haad 5 minutes away and pick up a 6 pack of water for 30 baht total to put in the fridge. Also best to bring insect repellent in the low season.The beach directly in front of Sensi is very shallow in the low season but still has some good snorkelling, and if you walk 10 minutes around the point past Charm Churee Resort, there is the beautiful Jansom Bay with deep clear water and wonderful snorkelling! You just have to pay 200 baht entry as it's owned by the resort, but it works out ok if you stay the whole day! Overall we'd recommend Sensi Paradise to anyone, it was the perfect getaway to really reset and fully relax in a beautiful setting.

We travelled to Koh Tao with 2 teenagers, a 6 year old and a 1.5 year old. We ALL loved Sensi Paradise!! When booking, I was worried about it being so close to the harbour. Not an issue at all. In fact, we loved the location. Couldn't have been better. The beach is practically private. The sand is soft in and out of the water and its shallow enough for the little kids to play in, but goes deep enough so that the older kids have tons of fun. They even provide some sand and water toys including inflatable tubes which were a big hit. Loved the beach. From the beach, it's a short walk into town on a cute little road where you'll find restaurants and laundry facilities. You're within walking distance to shops, restaurants (try La Carotte qui Rit), and 7-Eleven of course. The restaurant on the resort overlooks the water, and to one side the harbour. The view is absolutely gorgeous and the breeze is always perfect. The only thing I would change is that the massage hut is at an odd place. I think it would be much busier if it was directly on the beach instead of further back in the trees. The cabin we had wasn't huge but perfect for the 6 of us. There was a separate room for the teenagers, and they provided a mattress and baby cot for the other two kids. The cabins are sprawled out through the trees so you are not right beside anyone. We loved sitting on our deck at night. Our favourite thing was coming home around noon and having tea and biscuits left on the outside table for us. There are tons of stairs everywhere on the resort which we didn't mind. There are little platforms scattered around the resort where you can go relax either on beanbags or lounging beds. We loved how the resort had little places to discover everywhere throughout. The pool was fantastic. So much so that all other pools that followed disappointed our 15 year old. We stayed at the Sensi Paradise for five nights with our three daughters in a family bungalow. The location is great--within walking distance of restaraunts, shops, etc, but far enough south of the action to be quiet and peaceful. Apparently there are 70 bungalows, but they are spread over a large area, with trees and hills, so it doesn't feel crowded at all. The pools are large and great, with lots of areas for lounging and swimming. They are very clean and a nice way to rinse off the salt after a day of scuba. The buffet breakfast which came with our room was fine, if a bit repetitive. We only ate at the hotel once, and it was a bit pricey for what we got, but there are plenty of restaraunts within 10 minutes walk. The entire area--the beach, the pool, our room, the restaraunt and all the grounds were quite clean and well-maintained. The staff we interacted with were very friendly without being intrusive. We walked around a lot and didn't see a nicer hotel or beach. It is a great value for the money. We were sad to leave Sensi Paradise and would definitely stay there again if we go to Koh Tao.
