"Suprised at first after knowing that there’s an Accor hotel in Selayang. Overall, the stay is satisfactory although there’s a bit of sound coming from the aircond and movement sounds from the top floor in the morning. Parking is chargeable, RM3 per entry, after getting the ticket stamped, have to go one floor down to make payment at the parking management office. This is quite troublesome actually. Hope they can change the system soon, maybe after validating then can just pay at the machine, maybe. Hotel staffs are very courteous and professional. "

"i like to stay here as my family members can enjoy a good food nearby the area. a hotel provided lift is very convenient to us while we needed to carry our luggage to 2nd floor. while my family entered the room, the "glass toilet" and really clean and comfort bed were impressed to us all. hotel also provides car park for the guests which we feel the safety for outstation registred vehicle. last but not least, my family and i were very happy that we'd chosen a value for money hotel in selayang. we definately will come back again!"

"This hotel is located within an old shopping mall. Although it is old, it has a LFS Cineplex on the same level with the hotel and easy to find parking lot. Unfortunately parking space is limited during weekends as you have share with mall customers. The location is just opposite Selayang Hospital ideal for people who are in town to visit patient in the hospital. Very near to cafes and Chinese hawker centres (a lot of Chinese hawker centres). The hotel room is well design, reasonable sized, with LCD TV, clean, comfortable beds, free wifi and carpeted floor. A real value for money."

"Overall it was a great experience staying at Smile Hotel Selayang. I took a Quad Room ( room for 4 person). However it has only 1 socket available to charge our gadgets. And wifi connection provided is super slow. If the management able to fix this problem i think this hotel is perfect."
