Very good hotel in a qiet spot”
This hotel is a 5 min drive from a quiet beech , but beach much better than others in Rayong we saw. This beach had many local seafood restaurants on the sands ,, Varied menu but the fish and prawns sold by weight and not always cheap . hopefully will return to same hotel another year ,, good value for money .. We drove down from 4 hours from Bangkok on a Friday evening and the staff waited up for us to arrive at 10 .30pm which was good

the best Hotel I ever had”
This is one of the best Hotel placed I ever found. Of course it is a little outside of the city of Rayong, but on the street there is every 15 min. a Pick up Taxi for 15 Bhat. When you enter yozr room you will say : whooow !!! what nice room. You will find everything you need: hot water boiler, plates, cups and glasses, very very nice furniture and pictures on the wall. There are so much nice things to say about this Hotel. Outside you have a beautifull swimming pool with trees around. What do you want more ???? Have a nice time there !!!!

The resort/hotel was a really nice place for us to stay, we were a large group of extended family so had two Deluxe corner rooms, right through the stay the staff were very helpful and relaxed, The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The pool area is great. Breakfast varied from day to day, but was always well prepared and plentiful. All in all we really enjoyed our stay here and it's a nice place to base yourself especially if you have transport, Which leads me to the downside, it's only two hundred metres from the beach, but the beach in this area is an absolute disgrace. No fault of the resort, but something to be aware of, If you have transport, can be transported in any way, get yourself about ten kilometres along the beach to basically the other end, it's far cleaner and infinitely more enjoyable. Also, be warned, on a holiday weekend this whole area is reduced to a standstill traffic wise, but back to the resort, it's a really nice place to relax and the roadside restaurants just outside offer a good selection of menu choices come dinner time,

nice quiet resort ”
Resort is really a condo rooms bright and spacious with aircon fridge microwave kettle It was a very peacefull place very quiet ten minute walk to nice sandy beach but resort is isolated and you really need to have transport motorbike or car local taxi to Rayong town takes about 20 minutes.In the immediate area small local shop just outside resort 2 local shops selling roast chicken and thats it nothing else nearby.nice clean swimming pool Good for relaxing break but as i said isolated spot and at night very little street lights outside

the best 2 star hotel i ever hav been in, ”
I booked a 2-star hotel and had no expectation, told me husband. The hotel I booked was a cheap hotel and nothing special. Then we arrived at the hotel. My husband complained me he didn’t believe I booked this hotel to this price. The room was beautiful spacious included new furniture with separated living area. Ok, bathroom was old, but clean and functional. We could upgrade to room with new bathroom for only bath, but it was not necessary. We could save to make coffee and enjoy some local food, we bought on the way, with the kitchen equipment in the room. 200 meters to long peaceful beach, you can walk along without to be disturbed. Also, we could drop in to a local seafood restaurant on the beach. Friendly staff, and breakfast was informed for a price of only 175 bath per person. We had a good stay after my husband was convinced I didn't pay more.

sea sand sun offers really nice rooms considering the price and we generally like mae rumphung beach area for spending a few days away from bangkok. the rooms seem newly renovated, clean and nicely decorated with good quality furniture. the aircondition is new, cool and quiet. there is even a microwave and hot water kettle to prepare some snacks. however there are a couple of things which made me not want to return again anytime soon. firstly, the water quality of the pool is questionable. normally you can see the bottom of a clean pool, but not so with this one: water is greenish and if you stand in the pool you can't even see your own feet! but it does not smell bad. strange though. the absolute worst though was that they are burning their trash on the lawn, just 20 meters from the pool. we were taking a swim when suddenly an awful stench came wafting across and forced us to leave the pool area in a hurry, the smell of burning plastic was just unbearable. what kind of hotel management would allow this to happen i wonder??? it's absolutely appalling. we were talking to a couple from at the pool, they originally booked for 6 months, but were planning to leave after only 3 weeks because of the pool and the trash burning, no wonder. if you value your health and the environment, stay away!

This is a good budget hotel. Reasonable price. Hotel is so close to the sea. You can walk very close to the sea. The room is pretty clean but as you know all the this is the budget hotel so dont expect too much for that.

it was fine. It was close to the beach that have seafood restaurants close by. I think beach is only around 250 meters away. However, you have to walk quite a while on the beach to reach the area of the beach that is nicer, with softer sand. The coconut around there is very sweet and have fair price.

Nice location”
This is the nice budget hotel. Room is clean and big. The hotel is at the sea side, you can just walk a few miniutes to the sea. The room contain everything but as you know it is the budget hotel so please dont expect too much for the nice furniture. I would recommend this hotel to save the money as you go out during the day time.

Soundproofing from Hell”
As other reviewers have already stated this not a hotel but a condo project, abandoned by permanent residents for obvious reasons. Pros - large pool - very friedly staff - renovated rooms are decently modern and the bed is ok Cons - abysmal soundproofing between the floors, kids running and screaming upstairs made the room like staying inside a drum barrel - very poor soundproofing between the outside aircon compressor unit and the room - no free WiFi (150 thb for every device per day) except in the lobby, in this day and age that just ridiculous - far from the beach and services, having ones own vehicle is a must here - no duvet on the bed, just a blanket and half strip of sheet, com'on can't get much more stingy than that! - seaview available only from the top most floors - none of the contact phone numbers found from the internet did work

it was fun and relaxing. close to the beach, 250 meter walk and then you will reach the beach. The beach has lots of seafood restaurants around there with fresh seafood. There are a lot of coconuts around that beach. It is very delicious and the price is quite fair.

most of the rooms are private property so very quiet because they come like one time a year ,most of them from another country.they have security at front gate all time .you need car ,not far from the beach and market ,big kitchen and living room ,nice to by fresh food and cook

This is not a hotel it is a condo apartments they rent out on behalf of owners more suitable for long stay if you cant drive its over 15 mins walk on the road to the beach there is only 1 shop in the area no bars or restaurants .if you want quite peaceful this is the place but without transport no where to go only 1 songthaew finishes at 6

A quite relaxing and peaceful stay”
Nice good size room with lounge area and good balcony.Very quite area,about 400 mts from beach.Freshly cooked breakfast each day (although same meal every day),need a vehicle to access local restaurants and shops (unless you are an avid walker).Overall a very nice and clean Hotel with great pool... only letdown was the water pressure with the shower (abysmal) only a trickle,not good when shampooing hair.
