Clean, Value for Money Stay With Plenty of Food Options”
This hotel is right smack in the middle of a long row of popular eateries amongst the locals. One has no lack of food options and places to chill out at. The pharmacy is also just a few units away whilst the Starling Mall opposite gives yet another option to visitors to explore. The hotel room is well kept, with daily housekeeping services, well-suited for a comfortable stay. If you need to check in early before 2pm, it costs RM$10 per hour. For the reasonable price, this hotel is well-worth your selection. The general buzz along the street as well as the current construction project across and down the street can make the night somewhat noisy for those who are less noise tolerant and staying in rooms facing the street. Whilst the property is in good shape, the management can consider doing some general maintenance work to unclog the sink to improve water flow, as well as fix loosened sink tiles, occasionally flickering bathroom lights and certain air con functions.

Very good location with a beautiful Shopping mall in front and a lot of cafes & eateries. Parking is a bit difficult to find but we manage every time to find one within walking distance. Ryokan is comfortable , silent and clean - just like we wanted. But there was 1 incident - when we came back after dinner on 1st night, there was a strong smell of leftover cigarette smoke. After we switch on the toilet exhaust fan, the smell disappear after a while. There was no smell at all on the 2nd day and night even thou we switched off the exhaust fan , and went out to breakfast, and again came back after dinner. Our thought was someone could have entered and somehow left smoke smell on the 1st day. Hope you tighten your security on this matter.

Always loved booking a room here since I am familiar with its quality for a couple of years already. Me and my partner usually stay here as the location is convenient (even if there is a severe lack of parking due to the fact that it is a very busy area in general, but the Starling helps to offset that issue more now). A lot of nice food places around if you don't feel like going far for a meal or even late night supper.

very good location, suggest to book room with window otherwise everything turn so dark after u switch off the light. design of room light could be improved. been here for couple of time, good food surrounding including mall opposite the hotel. parking could be challenging if u come back at night, may need make few round to find the parking space especially over the weekend.
