CHECK IN PROCESS Here's at Comfort Zone Premium Guesthouse, we practice 'SELF CHECK IN', whereby we provide steps for our guest to obtain the keys and excess card before enter the room. A self check in manual only given once guest remit the security deposit. SECURITY DEPOSIT A damage deposit of MYR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. CHECK OUT PROCESS Check out time is BEFORE 12 pm, upon checking out guest can return the keys and excess card back to the place they obtain the keys. Guest need to provide bank account number for us to remit back the security deposit after inspection of the property. HOUSE RULES THAT NEED TO BE FOLLOW 1. NO SMOKING 2. NO PETS ALLOWED 3.     “PREVIOUS STAY IS MUCH BETTER”

    I regularly stay at this hotel. The owner very responsive and considerable. But my previous stay much better I think because I got mineral water as a compliment. But not at this time. Maybe the housekeeper forgot. Btw, the stay is very nice. Recommended.
