Lovely apartment with large rooms”
We went to Genting highlands for a wushu tournament. The apartment were reasonable in price, coz we rented a 3-bed and there are 10 beds, which is perfect for us. We can also cook in the apartment. Will definitely stay in this apartment again if we travel in large groups.

Very upset with check in time. ”
Overall stay was ok, but then we were allowed to checki in after 3pm which was really late. We were told that checkut time is 12pm and they need to do housekeeping and hence we cannot check in before 3pm. Previously we booked directly thru Ria apartment and we were allowed to check in at 10 am. We require room to keep our luggaeg and have breakfast before going to the park. Very disappointed.

first of all, the room is really spacious, clean and comfortable. suitable for family as we can cook here. it makes us feel like we are staying in our own home. the view from the room is so fascinating. located in a walking distance to genting outdoor theme park. the receptionist is friendly and polite. great stay... never regret choosing this apartment.

Wide & Comfortable Apartment”
Once arrived at Ria Apartment, we have to check-in from the office near to the apartment. We found that the apartment with 3 room was wide and spacious. The condition on each room was quit neat. The security who in-charge there quite friendly. The rooms manage neatly and tidy. Only some light was malfunction. But something rare was happened when we heard the sound of knocking the doors but no one's there.

I went there with a couple of friends, in total 8 of us. In order to have a great vacation, we opt for apartment so that we can have more spaces for gathering. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Location is good too as it is very near to Genting Theme Park,

Slightly better than imagination”
When I informed the staff in registration counter that I've booked reservation through Agoda, he straight assigned me to Ria Apartment - 'Selangor Wing'. I walked-in with worrisome, the place was tramendously dirty and smelly. Thanks to the staff who allowed me to transfer to 'Pahang' building, this unit is much better than 'Selangor' unit. But overall, you shouldn't expect too much with the amount you pay. I'm fine with the Ria Apartment-Pahang Wing, 2 rooms with clean bed sheet and simple furniture enough for family to manage some cooks.

Convenient location to Genting and the theme park.”
The Apartment is convenient and nearest to the Genting park, however area of people looks "complicated " beacuse the apartment is merely for local resident or worker I believe. The most inconveninet is the "Car Park ". Each apartment ONLY allocate one access card to parking lot and I've THREE car to park ,therefore the Apartment staff need to show at the guard house each time my arrival or departure from the apartment. The apartment staff are helpful and very co-operate. The utility and cleanliness of the Pent house is average. Good place for family gathering due to big space and cooking facility is available.

Great Location but old rooms”
Good hotel if you and your friends have a limited budget as this hotel is just within walking distance. Though located outside the centre of Genting highlands, it only takes you a few minutes to the apartment, and once you reach there, a very nice view awaits. Staffs are friendly and helpful. If only this place is properly maintained as most of the furnitures are old, this place will be perfect.

very near to genting highlands cable car station. we got the room key within minutes and the floor was served with elevators. the cafeteria is located at 2nd floor. cafeteria is open from 5am to 2.00 am. moreover you can cook your own food inside the kitchen in your room. the food is very cheap and it tastes very good. i will thank agoda for arranging this wonderful hotel accommodation.

it gets dirty after many years lack of maintenance. used to stay in their apartment whenever we visit genting highland with families. however, nowadays many ignorant car/bike racers burning their tires along the danger curves at genting highland during midnight. this apartment became the victim of noise pollution from their racing and sleep being compromised. besides, the apartment itself is very much ill maintained.

Acceptable hotel for the price charged”
The hotel is good for the budget traveller with a small family or a small group. This allows us to at least enjoy the cool clean air of Genting Highlands. We can access all parts of the Genting Highlands complex via a short walk across the road. As for food and beverage we preferred to eat at the smaller eateries just outside of the hotel.

I felt very dissappointed with apartment environment start from parking lot till inside house itself..in term of space ria gave more spacious to my family coz we are big family(12 persons).but because of dirtiness it really makes me say NO to ria.i'd rather sleep in my big car than ria again

Nice big apartmen with 3 rooms. It was nicely kept. There were more beds in the rooms and its justmore than enough for 8 of us.The only thing need to be upgrade is the hot water (shower) as the heater is not really hot. apart from that, its an A for the stay.

Ria apartment is at walking distance to Genting and it was cheap compare to other Hotel in Genting Highland. With less than three hundred, you can get a apartment with 3 bed room and 3 queen size bed. However, the room condition and toilet is pretty bad and dirty.

good location and near to genting theme park..approximately will take 5-8 minutes to go there by walk...But even you can park nearby the theme park as there are a lot of parking space there...Overall unit is big with 3 bedrooms but need to maintain well to attract mo people to stay there..

Old Hotel Yet Value Stay”
The building is quite old but the apartment was huge and clean. We booked for 2-bedroom though they gave us 3-bedroom apartment. Quite a good location as it's already within Genting Resort; only a walking distance to the first world hotel and casinos. The only thing ill recommend for improvement is their electricity,as there was an power outage in the morning leaving us no water heater so it's quite uncomfortable to bathe but was restores only around 11am. Nevertheless, the stay was worth it.

this hotel located at genting highlands... this is a very good hotel if first world hotel and theme park hotel is full...very near to first world plaza and arena of star...easier when u go for concert watching...i think i will go to this hotel again as the price is quite cheap...let's visit this hotel...
