Great Stay”
Check-in was smooth as there were staffs around to assist. Rooms were very well maintain and clean. Would return to stay at this hotel for our next trip to Genting soon.

The best hotel in Genting!”
This is our 2nd time staying here. I prefer to stay here instead of First World Hotel because the room is bigger, the hotel is less crowded, overall it's more comfortable. Ample parking space available too. Price is reasonable especially if you stay on weekdays or book earlier. Very easy to walk from Resort Hotel to Sky Avenue Complex because it's connected so it's up to you to walk via indoor or outdoor. The room is very spacious. Basic hotel amenities are provided, electric kettle, cofee, tea, cups, shampoo/shower gel/soap is the same (3in1). Room also has iron and ironing board. Room tip: Request for mountain view for a beautiful view of the mountains, outdoor theme park and cable car. We were lucky that both of our stays we got the corner room which has 2 windows so we get to see more beautiful view outside and more cold Genting wind can come into the room. Please be aware that there is a charge of RM5 per room if you want to check-in before 3pm.

Manage to book a room during Christmas Eve. The check in staff was very good and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Only cons will be the toilet door was faulty and difficult to adjust the water to warm temperature. Hot water will just gush out very fast.

We have a pleasant stay here. Nice view of the mountains from our room. Fast response from the room service. Just that as now everyone has a smart phone thus having wifi in the rooms would be great for visitors that depend on roaming. The channels for the tv to have more variety to cater also for kids.

Resorts hotel is one of the nearer hotels to Skyworld and it was reasonably priced. Only problem was the breakfast location is too far from the hotel itself

Good choice for a place to stay in Genting”
Located conveniently in the middle of both casinos, Resorts Hotel is definitely worth your money with its affordable prices and well-maintained rooms. The service is also good with a smooth and seamless check-in & check-out process via their kiosks. My only complain would be that they use a 3-in-1 shampoo/conditioner/shower gel so definitely bring your own if that bothers you.

Need to teach new staff how to work on thier own”
We always choose Resort hotel when we stay Genting... We arrived on 11 feb 0430hrs...by coach...n wanted to check in...of course its too early...so normally they wl register us n take down our contact no n wl msg when the room is ready.. On the 11feb when we arrived..the staff Andrina...took my slip of paper fm Agoda booking n said you are too early...yr booking is on the 11feb...n gave bk my paper to come bk later... I was like what u saying now the time is 0430hrs n it is 11feb... So i told her the normal procedure tat the hotel staff wl do...to register n give us a slip of paper n take down contact no.. Then she took a paper n wrote down n we left... We were wondering around at Marybrown till 11am n no msg at all fm.hotel... We went over n gave the slip of paper n found out we wer not even registered...no.wonder no one called or msgd...wat a disappointment... The staff said Andrina is new...ya but u hv to know your job rite. Totally upset hv to wonder around fm 5am to 11am waiting

My pandemic trip”
Visited genting during the pandemic and chose to stay at this hotel. I would give 4/5 cleanliness and the room was beautiful. I had the cable car view. My only comment was the rooms are not soundproof and my neighbour was too loud at night laughing, blasting their speakers. Complaint to staff and they immediately took action. Lasted for 2 hrs tho. Would have preferred if it was sound proof
