One of the best hotels to stay in Genting Highlands”
We checked in earlier than our scheduled check in time by several hours and even though we were not able to check in early because the hotel was fully booked, we were able to store our luggage while we walked around till check in time at 12pm. The service staff were also very friendly and accommodating. We had initially booked the Grand Premier, but got a free upgrade to our room which was not informed to us by the staff, which was a pleasant surprise. The facilities at the hotel are top notch. For the use of the spa facilities, a large discount was offered to hotel guests. The gym is also quite new and spacious. The room is also very clean and cozy. Too bad we didn't spend much time in the room as we were out walking around Genting in the day. Overall a really good experience.

Well, nothing to shout about when u are on top of the mountain, rated 5* and of cos not cheap. Room amenities are good but cleanliness wise pretty dusty in the room especially the carpet!

The hotel room is clean and spacious, the bed is super comfortable. The housekeeping staff are all very friendly, always greet us with a smile. One minor dissatisfying thing is we are given a glass with a crack in the room, when we pour water into the cup, it leaks. Overall is a nice experience but I find it too expensive.

Is great to staying at Grand Hotel ... but bit far frm sky avenue ... u have to walk nearly to 20min to there... and 25min to first world. Room was very clean and cozy! But extra bed charges was expensive per night is RM200/- .

Very Luxury Hotel”
We had a very excellent experience in Genting Grand Hotel, this is the most expensive and most luxury in Genting Highlands, the hotel itself don't have much shopping or dining options, but don't worry, you can reach First World Plaza in 5 minutes by walk, and walk inside the building (connected building). The room is fully equipped, the amazing thing is the hotel provides you a Nespresso machine with 3 capsules every day. The breakfast is awesome with many choices. We will choose Genting Grand Hotel again in the next visit to Genting Highlands.

A truly 5 Star hotel with Great Service”
When we arrived at Genting Highlands by bus, we had some difficulty in locating this hotel, however the staffs there are friendly, they showed us the way to arrive at Maxims Hotel Genting. We were impressed with their security, because non-guests cannot just go inside the room levels without the key card placed on the elevator. Our room was Maxims Premiere, and when we opened the door, it was just so great! I even recorded a video of how beautiful the room was. Everything was there! Bathtub, Rain-Type shower, wide living room with LCD tv, king sized bed with another LCD tv, office table, and served with fruits daily and newspapers daily and breakfast buffet was great. I would definitely go back in this hotel.

Possibly the best hotel in Genting”
from the moment we pulled up in the hotel lobby it was 5 star all the way. the car was taken off our hands, luggage picked up and we we offered drinks while waiting for our check in forms to be prepared. the whole point of gentings is consumption, food, entertainment, gambling- and this hotel puts you in the nicer section of it all. the restaurants have great food, and it says a lot for the genting management that they provide a variety of cuisine for every budget and palate with due consideration to religious restrictions (there is even an indian restaurant which caters to strict hindus and jains). the room could have been a little cleaner- the headboards hadn't been dusted in a while- and there is only one chair in the room- which means the other person has to sit on the bed, but most people don't go to gentings to sit in the room. the cake shop is amazing! it's worth a trip to genting's just to have the cake- a perfect place to wait out the mist and rain if you are unfortunate enough to get stormed in.

i have great vacation on genting highlands for this time holiday because of this hotel. the location is great, many restaurant in nearby, the restaurant of this hotel also taste good. i'm always have an all u can eat dinner in there. and for lunch i can go around there because there's so many tasty restaurant. also near with a place with game machine, casino, cafe. and for the room, i feel a nice decoration and a very big room. the bathroom very clean n big. i love the soap, handbody n shampoo. because it's use armani exchange hehehe overall, i like this hotel n satisfied
