Great location right on the beach. hotel had everything you needed, they also had the baby bed waiting for us, with extra towels, a little toy and baby shampoo/wash lotion. The hotel staff were very friendly. It was wonderful that there was tea and coffee in the lobby, but I thought that our room came with breakfast; when I found out that it didn't I felt that the price for breakfast was a bit too much: 13-some Euros. Also strongly recommended: softer toilet paper!! Otherwise, everything was great - thanks!

We stayed one night only, short trip to the beach. The hotel needs some serious renovations to the decor, but everything was clean and comfy. Parking on site. Pool is great. Breakfast was good. Location is the best part of the hotel. Gorgeous beach views to eat breakfast too.

Stayed here for two nights. Bit outside the city but well connected by bus and close to the University. Breakfast had to be booked separately but it is definitely worth it! Staff were super nice and helpful. Only little disadvantage is that there is no elevator. Hotel only has two or three floors, so it's not too bad to carry suitcases up. In this day and age, in a business hotel, there is no excuse for pitifully poor Internet speeds. They claim the hotel was full, which is why it was slow. This hotel has good location and free parking. It was clean and staff was friend. But the room for 3 persons was smaller than expexted and has no frdge nor in-room safe. Breakfast costs €17 each and is expensive.

I have stayed here before on my own, and loved it as it is right in the centre yet quiet. I like the somewhat quirkiness of the rooms, and the breakfast buffet offers a great choice. Staff are friendly, and it's all uncomplicated and friendly; will definitely stay here again.

Clean, good parking and easy to walk our dog. Struggled trying to get internet connection and did not achieve it even after speaking with reception. The restaurant is not connected to the hotel and would NOT recommend it.

The hotel is located stone-throw away from the train station. Many buses are available making travelling from point A to point B an easy task. We spent one night At the Hotel Köenigstein and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The room was large and clean and the breakfast was more than adequate. Five minutes drive from Citti Markt and just ten minutes from the ferry to Gothenburg. Extra plus for the private off road parking

For an overnight stay en route to Luxembourg via Hamburg, it was a very convenient stopping point. The hotel was comfortable and staff welcoming, friendly and efficient. Plenty of parking and good internet.
