It was reasonable. Staff are all nice and helpful. One night we asked a wine opener but they couldn't find it. One day they helped our french with our mobile issue. It was successful. The room was small but clean. All in all, we are happy with the hotel and the staff's kindness.
after checking , find the aircondition in room is not worked,and the stair is narrow，to take a big luggage to go up to 2th floor is very difficult. but service is good.
Ok for a one night stopover . Wouldn’t want to be there any longer. Everything was very small but it was very clean and quiet.

The hotel is located at the edge of the historic town centre. The bathroom is equipped with good shower facilities. The breakfast is of good quality and its price reasonable.

We were happy to find this Campanile Hotel on Agoda to make booking easy. The hotel was nice, a standard with this group. Easy to find, with free parking. Also in room WIFI free which worked well with our two computers. Beds were comfortable, bath room convenient, large enough to move about a bit.

Staff was very helpful, check in was quick. Wanted a ground floor room; but, was assisted with bags by a staff member as the room was on the second floor. Room and amenities were as normal with the Campanile hotels. Check out was smooth, the young lady knew the Agoda prepaid system, which is not always the case

Great location right in the middle of downtown. Big room (three beds and one table). Quiet outside. Missing shower curtains. Good value for money.
it was really great that is a small open kitchen in the room. We can cook and made dessert there. However, no one clean up the kitchen before u check out, so for 2 nights were OK but for longer stay, u may need to clean up the kitchen yourself.

Room as you expect for 2 star. Great location on the main strip and close to the lake. Check in was a little confusing but I put that down to the language barrier. Breakfast was excellent.

This hotel wasn't great - everywhere smelt musty, everything was shabby and the wifi didn't work in the rooms despite the description saying it worked everywhere. The whole place had a feel of somewhere that used to be very nice but has become very run down. Can't comment on the food as the prices were so high we didn't eat there!
