The pool was nice. I got a nice room connect to sea view. The room was an ok, not so hygiene tho. But the service is quite poor. The cleaner was noisy and try to peek in our room at the glass door. Which it is annoyed.

negative: - restaurant closed without notification in advance - breakfast - service - dirty water in the pool - in room and pool/beach facilities are old/dirty and not comfy - in room glasses/spoon for coffee were dirty/not cleaned

true relaxing atmosphere within reach”
love it..that i can see ocean from the bed. all everything is within reach from lobby, restaurant, red pool and ocean. fresh air all day. feel like full recharging that you can relax all day - in cozy bed, pool or just under cabana by the ocean. may be too small for someone, but the resort perfectly fits us. red pool looks great.. we have many photo shots with it. just only an hour and a half without break from bangkok... no need to drive further to hectic huahin that all you need is only peaceful get-away (not too far away too). lastly, worth our time and money that you get true ocean view with the same rate as big hotel but got only garden view.

Very friendly hotel and suppiortive hotel staffs”
Very new hotel in between Had Chaosamran and Had Puktien on private beach. Only 16 rooms in sepearate building and can see ocean from all rooms. The hotel owner is very helpful and friendly. The room is clean and adequate size with semi-outdoor bathroom. The pool is red tile and with salt water. Good for relaxing and stay calm away from busy city center.

Nice hotel for couple”
The hotel located quite far from main road (a car is needed) but you will be falling in love once arrived. The hotel is on beachfront. All hotel rooms are sea view. The room is too large and clean. The hotel's pool is in red color with saltwater system. Especially it's opening 24 Hrs so you can swim even on midnight and listen to the sea waves. Only one thing I don't like, there will be a lot of insects got into the room if slow closing the door.

Modern Hotel with Outstanding Views and Staff”
The hotel isn't anywhere close to Bangkok or tourist areas.. and that's a GOOD thing. This is a beautiful isolated hotel with incredibly friendly and attentive staff who speak great English. The modern and clean rooms are right up on the beach. Because the hotel is really isolated, it does make travel a little difficult. The hotel was very accommodating and helped setup a taxi for sightseeing as well as transportation to and from Bangkok during our stay. We were worried about food considering how far away meal options were. However, lunch and dinner options available at the hotel were delicious! I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing couple retreat.

private beach is suitable for our vacation. even it's new year holiday but it's not that crowded and staff took a very good care of us. we stayed in bythez room which located very closed to the sea. i love spending the time chilling in the bathtub while looking at the sea. i also love the seats which nicely arrange around the pool and at the seaside. at first i booked for 2 nights, but after day one i had to request the staff for one more night if the room's available. i got the room and had chance to be the part of surprised new year's party from the resort. it's the very great start of the new year of us. thanks you redz

Impressed and enjoyed when you need quiet moment”
I was happy with the stay at the this resort, it was valued for money because you can enjoy yourself at the beach front and the pool as late as you want. However, regarding the breakfast, it is limited choice, and it is not impressive. High recommend for those who prefer quiet places because you will not find any loud places even shops nearby.

Good: - relatively new hotel. - very friendly and attentive staffs - Chic and modern looks, with lots of areas you can take great picture of - wireless nternet provided, but a bit slow - away from crowd Not so good: - Hotel is understaffed. Rooms and hotel start to show signs of deteroriation - Our bath room was a bit smelly - bed wasn't very comfortable for our liking - no beach!

The hotel was ok. The landscape was poor because the hotel reopened a month ago. I hated the smell and the door of toilet. I felt that the price was unfair comparing with what I got from this hotel. You could get better hotel in Hua-Hin area with the same price and 5 stars. The location was far from town. You would need a car to get there. You couldn't walk to anywhere. It was like super urban area.

์Nice quiet place and friendly staff”
The place is nice for a quiet and relaxing trip. Nothing to do besides the nice looking pool. There is no beach...you can see the sea but it's only for seeing. The hotel is managed quite locally and not very professionally. Breakfast is minimal. Fried eggs are especially oily until inedible. If there are kids at the pool, expect the noise to come into your room quite bad. 3400 baht per night should have more professional service and breakfast. In summary, it's not a bad place but it could be done a lot better in many ways for such price.

We had a very nice stay and we were really relaxed during our holidays. My mum loves it for the quiet and sea breathing to read her book. My dad loves it for a good sea wind and chilling place. My sister also appreciates to take lots photos.I recommend everyone to go absolutely.

Overall, we were happy to spend our long holiday at RedZ Resort. People there were so nice and friendly. However, it could be much better if they could provide us a variety of breakfast. By the way, the most disappointed thing is we've learnt that booking through Agoda is more expensive than directly booking with the hotel. It is our trust to Agoda in view of comparable price, so for the next time, we had better much study and compare before doing any booking.

Hotel is nice if you like the style, location is ok if you don't mind remote, pool is pleasant, beach front deserves better arrangement. Breakfast is low quality food served in fine china (nescafe in a nice expresso cup!) quite not the value you expect for the price you pay. Welcome drink not offered. Descriptions/prices/names/pictures of room types don't match and are actually very confusing. Main issue is that management and staff seem to be well trained in forcing you to pay additional charges once you come to check in. A very unpleasant experience that leaves a bitter feeling in a stay that would have been otherwise pleasant. We are frequent visitors of Pechburi area and will definitely not come back to RedZ. There are many similar places around that charge you less for the same quality of service with staff making you want to come back rather than make quick money. The hotel was almost empty when we stayed there on a week end - not very unexpected. Avoid.
