Beautiful resort, great staff”
Railay village exceeded all expectations. I came in a little skeptical since most resorts were affected by the pandemic and therefore lacked maintenance but I was pleasantly surprised by the condition of Railay village. The resort is clean and although it is a little old, it’s still very charming. The staff were amazing and more than willing to help us, all while having a smile on their face. There is plenty of greenery surrounding the resort and this is because the resort itself believes in preserving the natural environment. A great resort with great values!

Amazing stay ”
Great stay and would go back again anytime! Staff was very accommodated. Organised the cruise and the airport pickup ( was pricy but very convenient) love everything about the stay. The room was big, clean and the spa working well. Short walk to the beach front and private Hutt was really ideal for relaxing holiday. Highly recommend!

Right on Railay”
We booked our transportation from the airport via the hotel and everything went smoothly. They were always detailed and responsive when we communicated via email. Our driver was waiting for us at the airport. He was patient, polite, and concise. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel is right on the beach and the well maintained pool is a perfect alternative. Our room had the enclosed jacuzzi and it was fantastic. The only suggestion is the tv by the jacuzzi has no cable service. There is a DVD player, so a few random movie options would be a nice addition. The rooms are clean and the shower water is pleasantly hot. We definitely recommend Railay Village Resort.

Beautiful hotel steps from beach”
Would stay here again!! Our room was beautiful (pool access room, which was towards back of resort-farthest from beach, but around a huge beautiful pool). Huge bathroom and lots of towels. AC worked well. Problem with the hot water in our room on last day, but it was so hot we did not really care. Staff were very nice and polite, seemed happy whenever we encountered them. Breakfast has real espresso! Not always a thing in Thailand. And an omelet /egg station. Was perfect for us as we like to drink coffee and have a bit of breakfast while staring at the amazing Railay beach. Restaurant in front of beach. We did not eat there other than breakfast. They do not serve alcohol, but you can buy drinks from walking street steps away and bring with you. As far as picking a room, towards the back the pool is amazing, has an actual deep end and jets intermittently come on near some benches in pool. Either pool view (upstairs) or pool access would be fine. Our rooms connected with friends room next store with a lockable door. Only complaint is the bed was really firm, not unusual in Thailand, but one of the hardest of our 3 week trip.

It was worth the long trip”
Thank you for accommodating us and making sure the pick up from and to the airport was hassle free. We didn't have to worry about the transport or whether someone would pick us up. They were already waiting in the airport with my name card. I actually wasn't feeling well on the way to Krabi but when we got to the resort, all I can say is - it was worth the trip! I loved the pool view and how close we were to the beach. We enjoyed the sunset, night swimming and watching the stars come out. It's definitely one of my memorable trips. Thank you! 😁 all stars from me.

We just loved this hotel. The room, overlooking the pool at the back of the hotel, was large and comfortable, with a great bathroom and comfortable bed. The pool and garden were the stand-out features. The pool area is so tranquil and relaxing. The garden is lush and tropical, with little spectacled Langur monkeys visiting regularly to eat the fruit growing there! The atmosphere was so peaceful and calm in the grounds but then right outside the front of the hotel you have Railay beach and around the corner is Walking Street, where all of the action takes place. There is building work going on at the front at the moment but once inside the hotel, it is not noticeable.

Loved our stay here, clean bungalow with a beautiful garden + pool to enjoy when you're not at the beach, shopping or grabbing a meal on the main street. Rich wild life in terms of frogs, birds and geckos at the resort, if that's a problem for you, you may want an apartment/room instead of a bungalow. Highly recommend!

Best Location with AMAZING views.”
We had an amazing trip here. We stayed for 5 nights and loved every minute of it. The staff was on point and so pleasant the whole time. We had issues with our aircon one evening and they were on top of it and had it fixed straight away. Breakfast was filling and we loved the restaurant at the hotel. There are other restaurants and snack shops very close by. The view and available activities here made it the perfect spot for our family.

Excellent resort with great location”
We booked during the low season of end April. Room was spacious and clean, and excellent breach front. Breakfast was average at best but seems like the norm - might also be the low season where they dont have enough occupancy rates. Beautiful stay, will return.

Awesome place if wanna be in Krabi especially if you are a couple, vibe round the resort is fab with ,local food,drinks and several cafe. The most special thing here was live music in several pubs around the resort. Also we comfortably managed to book all tours to the nearby islands from this place. A fun place to be in

This hotel’s location makes it perfect to watch the sunset. It’s right on the beach. Spacious comfortable rooms with shared pools walking all of the way back from west to east. I highly recommend staying here when in Railay Beach, Krabi.

Great hotel. Amazing location. Parts under renovation ”
This is a really nice hotel with great rooms (we stayed in the huge jacuzzi villas) and an unbeatable location (bang on railay west). As of the dates of our travel (October 22) the main restaurant was under complete renovation, while this takes away from being able to eat breakfast on the beach and to generally lounge watching the waves, its not a huge negative. Just something to keep in mind when booking. The breakfast is tied up with an adjoining resort and is ok-ish. But you're staying here for the location. Everything else is a bonus. We had some trouble with our room AC one night. And we were promptly moved to an adjoining villa for the night. Someone came the next day to fix it. The staff were very responsive about this, so no complaints. A peeve thT I do have is that the AC temperature indicator light is very very bright. You'll notice this when you settle in for the night. We had taped over ours for the duration of the stay because it was a disturbance to a good nights sleep. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Perhaps a bit dates but still very nice. Definitely recommend staying here if you want to experience Railay in all its glory.

Honeymoon ”
My husband and I booked this resort for our honeymoon, our daughter also came with us. The resort was absolutely beautiful, pools were clean, rooms were well taken care of. The staff was helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend and will stay again!
