Guests can only access the property by a boat. From Krabi Airport, guests will have to take a taxi to Ao Nam Mao Pier or Aonang Beach to catch a boat to Railay Beach. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to get to Railay Beach.
Please note that the property can only be reached via long-tail boat. The resort offers chargeable shuttle services from/To Krabi Airport to the resort, or from the pier to the resort, and guests who wish to use the service must make an arrangement and confirmation with the resort in advance. Love this place!”
Conveniently located directly beside the East Railay Pier; busy with arrivals/departures of long-tail boats and travellers, but great for people watching! Rooms are far from the noise. Staff was incredibly friendly and approachable. The room was quite large and very clean, with good amenities, great air conditioning and very comfortable bed and pillows. We had the added bonus of daily monkey visits just off our balcony (just don’t leave food!). Breakfast buffet was included and was better than expected. Large dining area with plenty of seating. Pay extra for specialty coffees, omelettes, etc. Had only one lunch there and it was excellent, with an extensive menu. Two nice infinity pools and a lovely spa with RMT’s. Gym was small but had the basics. Conveniently located along the East Railay boardwalk, minutes to the main walking streets, shops, bars, restaurants. 10-15 minute walk through there to stunning West Railay and Phra Nang beaches, caves and breathtaking views. No vehicular traffic on Railay. Very happy with our stay at the Railay Princess, would highly recommend and definitely return. Two small negatives; you are given only one room key so when you leave the room, AC and power shut down so any devices left to charge won’t. Shower water pressure not great.

Perfect stay in Railay”
We had a lovely time at Railay Princess. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has 2 pools. One on the rooftop of the restaurant with a East Side view. Another one in the garden, more child friendly. There is a lot to choose from at the breakfast. They also have baby chairs which was a must for parents traveling! The hotel is right in front of the pier which make it really easy to reach when you arrive. 10 minutes walking distance to Phra Nang beach and Railay West beach.

Beautiful resort & great value for the money!”
I had a really nice stay at Railay Princess in April 2022. The room was nice and clean and the bed was really comfortable. The location of the hotel is right next to the east pier which was convenient. The walk to Railay beach is only 4-5 min and the walk to Phra Nang beach is about 10 min. Both the pools are great and there is plenty of space to chill in the pool areas. The only downside was the breakfast. It mostly contained of noodles, sausages, rice and other things I would consider lunch food and not much breakfast options. The coffee was good. Overall a great stay with really good value for money with the deal I got with Agoda.

Although located on the East Side of Railay the hotel is more or less directly in front of the pier where we were dropped off. The room was lovely and large. The bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of choice for breakfast.

2nd Visit but check your bookings to confirm!”
I came back to this hotel because I stayed here before as a couple and things were fine and we like its location and the view of the room. This time I came back with my daughter. At the check in desk I greeted them with a smile and said I would like to check in please. The girl looked at me and said, "we only have a deluxe room available ". I said, "no, it was confirmed it's a superior room with twin beds." To that she replied, "you haven't booked, right?". I felt so insulted. Next to us was another guest was disappointed as she had to pay for a room although she already booked and paid for one, emphasising that she wasted her money there. Poor lady. The girl (receptionist) found our booking in the end and we were asked to wait for our room to be ready. We did get a very much needed welcome drink though, albeit a bit too sweet for me. There was no apology from the receptionist whatsoever. Very cold. The room was nice, on 3rd floor (no lift), lovely view and we did get our twin beds. There are umbrellas and beach slippers and dressing gowns which I did not notice in my previous stay. So, these are nice touches. We ordered some food in the room and it was great. Delicious and reasonably priced, and didn't have to wait too long. We enjoyed the pools with a backdrop of a Krabi boulder. Breakfast was not as good as my previous visit with less choice and coffee was finished on both mornings. We had to wait for them to refill. I ordered drinks at the restaurant to have by the pool. I had to wait for at least 20 minutes. They seemed to be busy but not clear why. I asked if they would take them to the pool but the girl said no, so I took them to the pool myself. So that's 30 minutes of hanging around. We went out for both days and put the Do Not Disturb sign on the doors we didn't get our complimentary beverages. So I made a request through the phone asking for these. They phoned men30 minutes later asking if I had asked for someone to fix a jammed door. I

Stunning place”
We had a great stay here, the staff were helpful, we had a balcony room & the view was absolutely gorgeous, I loved seeing the monkeys! The room was light & clean, great value for money! I just loved it here so much, breakfast had a nice variety too! The location was fantastic only a very short walk to bars, resturaunts & the beach! I would return here without a doubt!

A rough start but great ending!”
Our first night in this hotel was not great. Our garden view was a construction site/ garbage view, we could smell sewer, no hot water and because of the garbage we had an invasion of monkeys😳 BUT….. we worked with the very kind staff and the found us a wonderful room we loved. Ask for second floor building #4. They worked hard to fix the water and our shower was amazing. Lastly, the breakfasts were fabulous.

Amazing hotel, really clean and great location.”
Such a lovely hotel, great price, great location and a nice clean room. Only thing that stops it being perfect is the fact that they are renovating the restaurant so we had to use another place for breakfast. But to say that is a negative is maybe a bit harsh. Be careful around the pool with monkeys, started off really funny and cute but they quickly became aggressive and we had to leave quickly from the pool area. Staff were very helpful when this happened.

We would definitely be back here. It's right by the pier and our favourite side of Railay to stay at. The staff were efficient, beautiful, big rooms with strong wifi... love the pool, a great breakfast with a live egg station (the only thing we honestly missed was yogurt) but other than that, it was fab.

Best hotel we have experienced for our entire stay in Krabi. It’s the only hotel that changed the rest of our plan and we are going back to spend two more nights in the next few days. Excellent service, very attentive staffs and a proper hotel breakfast. Room size is spacious and clean.

I love this hotel. Always stay here. 2 beautiful pools good food. Great staff. The only thing was for breakfast as a foreigner and there are many staying there it's mainly catered to Thais and they only offer every day eggs and boiled sausages the rest is Thai food. It would be nice to see maybe mushrooms or potatoes or hash browns. No cereals available

Exceeded expectations”
For the amount I paid, I did not expect to be pampered. Staff told me upon check-in that I got a free upgrade, and the room was spacious, came with tonnes of amenities and was super close to the main pool. The staff were friendly and helpful, but nonetheless not too knowledgable about the now-defunct test&go scheme. There was a cute cat with 4 kittens that the staff take care of - super sweet.

Stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The welcome drink on arrival was a nice touch. Bed was large and comfortable, tv had good channels and fitness suite was a bonus although small. Breakfast was good. only negative was slight smell from pond however could not smell this in our room or on the balcony that overlooked the pond - only could smell in hotel grounds. Member of staff who carried our bags to our room also hung round for a tip and then slammed the door when he did not get one. Overall would recommend, was a nice stay and Railay was lovely.

Outstanding value for price”
The hotel is located on East Railey, where there isn't much beach so its quiet! The sunrises are worth getting up early too.The property amenities, staff, food and views, more than make up for it! West Railey is a famous beach for sunsets and everyone takes a long boat to get there daily. It is a short 3 minute walk. You can go there early morning before crowds. Phranang beach is just 5 minutes by walk and is gorgeous spot with a sacred cave temple/shrine. Again you can go there early or late to avoid day crowds. The restaurant has a robust buffet breakfast, my rate included it daily. In the evening, the meals were gourmet to casual, curries, fresh fish, grilled specialties. I'm gluten intolerant and the staff was very accommodating! The hotel offers curbside pick up drop off from airport to hotel. The take care of all transfers for about $50 US dollars. Worth it and you'll feel like royalty!

It's just a convenient place to stay at. The hotel is right off the jetty. Getting back to Ao Nang is easy too cause they have their on boats that run on a fix schedule & at a cheaper rate. The breakfast is ok but with some imagination, it can get pretty decent.

We always stay here. Staff are very friendly and the two swimming pools and facilities are always first class. Location is perfect, close to the Pier and the short stroll to the many bars and restaurants is beautiful … can’t wait to come back!
