Our Suite is fully furnished and are of hotel standard. It is located on 7th Floor and is strategically located in Damansara Perdana, making it suitable for business travelers, families, and foreign travelers.

Basic Hotel amenities such as: iron, hair dryer, kettle, fridge, towels and toiletries are provided. Complimentary Coffee & Tea are also provided too.

“Decent room”
The room is spacious and has a desk, an old tv (no Netflix), a fridge, a coffee table, a sofa and a bed. The room needs a renovation. The walls and windows are dirty. The wall base in the bathroom is falling apart. But the bed is comfy and clean. Attention: they don’t have daily housekeeping, I had to clean and take the rubbish out myself. Also I had to buy some more new toilet paper. This stay is okay for one person. The price is a bit high, but maybe it’s okay for KL.

“Cleanliness need to be improve”
The bedsheet not so comfortable. Coffee table has ants and without any coffee packets. Tissue box suppose comes with tissue , end up don’t have tissue. Checkin around 7pm, the toilet still wet. The cleaners didn’t keep it dry. Besides the ventilator is not functioning. Room is spacious, not bad. However, the room needs to be renovate and replace few items.

“Above average”
Harga okey, berpatutan. Paling tak suka lokasi dia sebab bergabung dengan bangunan lain. Kalau masuk ikut lobby senang je direction dia, cuma masuk ikut parking basement jadi keliru dengan instruction. Parking better dekat luar, sebab paid parking. Hari tu kena charge RM22.50 parking dari 8 then check out pukul 7.30 pagi. Ingatkan boleh laa waive tapi kaunter kosong. Tak pasti charge waived tu hanya untuk hotel atau termasuk sekali appartment. Bab bilik okey, besar. Cuma bilik mandi tersumbat, air melimpah. Repeat??? Tidak sama sekali

“fantastic location but could be better”
overall experience was good, but some things were overlooked. extra towels, toilet paper etc. Also the cleaners had left the main door open / unlocked so we arrived to an open apartment. but location is great and the overall apartment was very comfortable.

“Very Poor Hygiene”
I had one of the worst experiences ever. Upon checking in, I immediately noticed that the floor was sticky and clearly uncleaned, as if it hadn’t been mopped at all. Things only got worse from there—there were hairs everywhere, water stains on the tables and sofas, and shockingly, poop left in the toilet! Disgusted, I couldnt bear to continue staying and find another hotel. I texted the staff, expecting at least some concern or an offer to refund. Instead, not only they did not reply they also completely dismissed my complaints, claiming there was “no issue” and outright refusing a refund. Their attitude made it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. If cleanliness and basic hygiene matter to you, avoid this place at all costs. This hotel doesn’t care about maintaining sanitary conditions or treating guests with respect. Would give 0 stars if I could.
