Very comfortable room, Great location”
We stayed at Family Suite Sea View altho technically should be River View facing the sea (can't see sea from our balcony but caught a nice view of the sunset!). Room can fit up to 7 people, which is really affordable. Selected this place to chill out which we did at the balcony. Very relaxing and breezy. Room comes with 2 bathrooms with water heater. All rooms have aircons and ceiling fans including living room. Kitchenette has sink, induction stove, mini-oven, water kettle, filtered water system, bowls, plates, cups but NO fork, spoon or chopsticks which was rather odd. Shampoo, shower gel, towels provided, but NO toothbrushes or toothpaste which is quite standard after the pandemic. Bed were comfortable. Liked the Japanese inspired raised platform in the living room with sliding doors where there're 4 floor mattresses. The separate master bedroom has 1 queen size and 1 twin size bed. Living room has Xiaomi Smart TV, Karaoke set, own wifi router so WiFi signal is very strong. Need to ask owner for the password. Wifi was affected by the rain but good thing it didn't rain for long. There's table with 6 chairs and 2 chairs at balcony. Very comfortable room. It's only a lane away from the main road with eateries, dessert shops, convenience shops, and shopping. Check in & check out is via their own shop, Kim Chin Guan Enterprise which is a convenience store along the main road. Pick up key there and they'll lead you to the place. To check out, just return key to the store. Will definitely come back to this place again! We enjoyed our stay tremendously and had a very relaxing time!

Excellent location, new and very clean”
It's value for money for a short stay. Walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and local attractions. Everything in the room is new and working. Cleanliness is to the highest level. This homestay's owner has a sundry shop across the street. I met David at his shop and he took me over to open up and showed me the facilities in the room and the common areas. Hot and cold water dispenser, sofa seats and a dining table for groups. All in, no issues. Highly recommended.

A very nice homestay for short trip. Everything is in order with clean room and private bathroom. Shower is nice with good water pressure. Hair dryer and towels are provided. Bed is comfy but was hoping for a softer and lower pillow. There's a karaoke family room at the ground floor which can be too noisy during night time. Slight noise can be heard during opening and closing of doors. Will definitely stay here again if I come for my next visit. The hosts are pretty friendly and nice. Worth a stay over!
