very comfortable,clean room..staff friendly..have motocycle three roda pickup from bhundaya resort to the hotel,halal restaurant...food thai tasty!!!makanan dia mmg sedap giler!!...for snorkling i suggest u take snorkling pakej beside poohbar restaurant with lotusdive ahmad shukri..very best trip snorkling...worth it resort...nearby to the beach...nearby 7eleven...i will come again n stay at poohbar....

Nice Stay At Poohbar”
Overall enjoyed my stay at Poohbar! Free breakfast in the morning was nice. There was a few centipedes in my room but they are everywhere on the island so it’s somewhat expected. One of the workers found my debit card in the ATM across the street and kept it safe for me for when I got back to the resort! So kind! I recommend this spot mostly for the service :)

Very nice accommodations and vibe. Watch a flick or take in the band. I would recommend the upgraded rooms as the standard need some tlc. The owner is great and the location is close. The best beach is when you walk out of the resort take a right, and then your first left. The walk is about 15 mons but you’ll find quiet beaches and the best snorkeling.

overall hotel is good. All stuff are friendly and helpful too. The hotel located centre of walking street,easy for shopping. Pattaya beach and sunrise can reach by few minutes of walking through the walking street/go by taxi which cost you only 50bath/person.Just the shower water pressure too low and our room S3 toilet not good smell and can be improve.

The staff only speak “wait a moment”while we checked in, no more words. No welcome drinking,No sawadi krub, even no hello. No one introduced the room equipment for us.We find a disgusting slug in the washroom and ants in the room. We stayed in the family room and the hot water always not enough for us and we took shower with cold water for 4days. The washroom cabinet and basin is made by glass, so it’s easy to get dirty and looks so bad. Besides, the towers r clean and smell nice. Everyday there is a lovely cat in the balcony so sweetttt!and the AC is great! We get a clean room everyday with 4bottles of water.we booked the hotel very early cuz we would stay during in Chinese New Year. In fact we did a correct decision! All hotel get double price but we get this room with normal price.

STRATEGIC IN THE MIDDLE OF WALKING STREET”
maybe the hotel is expensive due to its in an island. but its in good location in the middle walking street. have 10% disc when u massage at their property n mybe for food n drinks too. ask the staff to check the tv connection since nothing appear on tv, but for 2 days nobody came. no iron facilities. but it was nice and cosy although not by the beach.

Lovely stay at Pooh”
Overall a good stay. Love the fact that the place go out to serve you a simple breakfast eventhough it's a 3* rating place. Quiet enough to rest. Provides 10% discount for the massage next door. Accommodates my request for a extension plug and hair dryer.

Good and Bad”
The room was very basic with a seriously hard mattress, nowhere to store clothes except a few hooks on the wall and a bathroom shelf that tiled off the wall so that things always fell off. The resort itself is right in the middle of the town, of the main street, so its access to all the village is simple. The breakfast was very basic, rice porridge or eggs on toast. On the plus side, if you like live music, in the evenings they had a very skillful musician with a broad repertoire who really gave consistently good performances. Staff were busy but friendly. So although there were plusses, I wouldn't go back there unless they improve the rooms.

Worst value for money ever!”
I visited ko lipe 12 years ago when it was much less developed so i'm okay with roughing it. What i'm not okay with is paying US $50 per night for a room that is worth only $10. We stayed in the stsndard room which as pointed out in other reviews is pretty bad. The room is tiny but clean and is okay. The bathroom is gross. Open to the outside so lots of mosquitos and a terrible smell when you flush the toilet. The breskfast was good for free. The owners aren't there anymore and live on the mainland. Seems they've made their money and moved on. The bar area is a great place to chill out.

Standard room in a horrible condition”
Standard room was hidious. The stench was overwhelming; mold everywhere. Bed was very poor, and we didn't even get any sheets /covers until the 3rd time we asked. Bathroom was disgusting. Mr Pooh himself was very polite and the hotel area nice. Breakfast eatable. Really not eorth the price. On the other hand, I was able to peek in a superior room: very nice, spacious and cosy.
