I have stayed at this hotel several times in the last few years. The hotel is in the heart of KL. Easy to reach by MRT and walking distance from Ampang Station on the Red Line. Easy to get to all destinations in KL via the well developed metro train system. The hotel is walking distance from the Petronas Towers. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has always been outstanding with plenty of choices - every morning is a treat. Lovely swimming pool and I always appreciate the self-help laundry facilities in the hotel at reasonable prices. Property maintenance need to step up a bit - rooms need a new layer of paint, taps were leaking, including the spray head at the toilet. It was also clear that the standard of room cleaning could improve. The rooms and corridors have carpet - a carpet is always dirty - when renovating, please replace the carpets with tiles. There are no showers in the bathrooms - only a shower in a bathtub - when renovating, please replace the bathtubs with walk-in showers (bathtubs are old fashioned). I would return to this hotel anytime and always enjoy my stay in KL.

I have good experience in staying at the hotel. upon arrival and leaving, the staffs were really welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was complete with stove, microwave, water filter, fridge, etc, like a homestay but with a balcony facing TH building! great view. The breakfast offered a variety of foods, but the best among them was the small croissant. That was really the best. I cannot get enough of it. For me, the price is way cheaper for this kind of room, services, including breakfast. Overall, it is a very pleasant stay and definitely would come here again.

Location : Great spot, nearby KLCC, opposite road is the foodheaven Tapak Room : Nice rooms with kitchenette 1st night stayed in a room with divider (not baby friendly) 2nd room : normal room with space Room condition : Ok clean but bathroom need extra effort Breakfast : Average breakfast, can be better though. Tea (next to coffee machine) not hot. They should have the tarik to make the variety interesting. Few menu really standout like the freshly baked croissant and roti canai and dhal so yummy. Reception/reservation : Shouldbe more friendlier and more attentive to guests (especially with baby) and guest's special note. I have mentioned that the staycation was for hubby's birthday and anniversary. Nothing done unlike other hotels we stayed at least a note or something. Another part I requested to extend stay but they couldn't accommodate (the lady even gave a look) and insist me to upgrade. Then I went to Agoda and managed to get a room with Rm40 difference. When I come back to reception to inform her about the Agoda booking, she said i should just stay in the same room, as i booked the same room. Obviously it was not and I said i want this room (without partition) even thou it's both suite then they proceed (still with a face) with this request. Checkout : Unable to request complimentary late checkout even though it was suggested by their own staff at the cafe (they said tomorrow Monday can request late checkout at 3), despite already mentioned handling cranky sleep baby and the next day was Monday (not full). Concierge : the best! shout out to all bellboys and concierge they did a fantastic job and truly the face of the hotel (unlike the reception team-sorry!) Overall, stay is OK but I noticed this hotel is quite stingy the little human touch part. Yes understand budget is everything but the small extra things that will make guests happy and come back.
