I recently stayed at PLAY at Palas Horizon Kea Farm for a 3D2N trip, and overall, it was a great experience. The four-bedroom residence was very clean and spacious, perfect for families or a group of friends. The staff service was good and responsive throughout our stay. The location was also ideal, close to many attractions like the Kea Farm Market, tea plantations, and other tourist spots in Cameron Highlands. It was easy to get around from the hotel. Facilities were satisfactory. Free parking is available for one car per unit, but we had to pay RM20 per day for an extra parking space, which is worth noting if you're coming with more than one vehicle. The Wi-Fi worked well, and we enjoyed a great view from the balcony, especially in the early mornings. We didn’t encounter any issues during the stay, and I really appreciated how well-maintained the entire unit was. Highly recommended for those looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place in Cameron Highlands. Would definitely stay here again!

“STRONGLY RECOMMENDED”
I chose PLAY at Palas Horizon, Kea Farm for a 3D2N family trip, and overall, it was a truly pleasant experience. The three-bedroom residence was very clean and spacious, making it comfortable for our family. The only small drawback was the lighting — apart from the master bedroom, one room was a little too dim and another had no lighting, which felt more “romantic” than practical. The location was excellent, conveniently close to Kea Farm Market, tea plantations, and other attractions in Cameron Highlands, making it easy for us to explore the area. The facilities were satisfactory, and the complimentary parking was definitely a bonus. The Wi-Fi connection was stable, and we especially enjoyed the refreshing morning views from the balcony. The only unfortunate part was that the water heater in the master bedroom bathroom was not functioning during our stay. However, everything else went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We will definitely return for another visit.

“Exceptional”
We stayed in a Superior Apartment during our recent trip, and overall, the unit was very clean and well-maintained. It was comfortable and just nice for a short stay. However, it’s worth noting that Wi-Fi was not provided in this unit, and unfortunately, our mobile line didn’t work well either, which made it difficult to stay connected online. This could be a problem for guests who rely on internet access for work or entertainment. On the positive side, parking was free and no extra charges were applied, which was really convenient. The location is also great and peaceful environment and easy access to nearby attractions like Kea Farm, tea plantations, and cafes. In short, it's a clean and cozy place for those who don’t mind being offline for a while. I'd still recommend it for a relaxing stay in Cameron Highlands, especially if you're planning to spend more time exploring than staying indoors.

“You get what you pay for”
I paid RM133 for a 3-bedroom unit in Cameron Highlands — honestly, such a steal. It was really cheap. However, after checking the reviews and staying there, I think the place matches the price. We stayed on a weekday, so it’s understandable that the rate was lower. The unit doesn’t have a smart TV, and the water heater wasn’t working very well. The window, especially in the middle room, was very dirty 🥲. Overall, the cleanliness was acceptable, but the furniture was quite worn out. As for the beds, I don’t think they used proper beds — it felt like comforters were layered and just covered with bedsheets. The sofa in the living room also looked worn out. But considering the cheap price, it was still acceptable. Location-wise, the area is quite quiet. You’ll need to drive out if you want to go to shops. Overall, it was okay. I’d rate it 3.8/5, mainly based on price and location.

I'm booked 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house in palas horizon kea farm in 6th floor. All nice 👍very good. They gt electric stove.. Oven, microwave n more.. We just simple cooking there.. It's useful.. Gt stove but no gas.. The view very amazing one.. No words to describe.. I love it... Before booking see someone review in another apps the say gt something disturb la n bla²:.. Also gt little scare too.. But after stay there just know... No problem👌 all good.. No One noisy at there.. Very smoothly peaceful place.. I'm recommend the house 100% very very good. But the condition little bit hard fr men's.. Are no smoking ... Every time fr smoke want go out from the place.. Cleaning ok.. And one of the bad is check in time very late 3.00 pm we rich there morning 6 clock until we wait in public place with 6 month baby n wit children.. Without take rest 😴.. Feeling uncomfortable.. Pls update the check in time early bit... We payed but gt check in time from halfday.. My whole family members also feeling worried abt check in time.. 👎otherwise all good.. Nice also we book this room against fr next time. N recommend to fmly members 🥰 Pls update some hard rules.. Also we payed😌
