“Strict Rules for Mediocre Place ”
The whole unit is nice, new, nothing old or broken. Location is good, right next to bee farm, butterfly farm, few minutes walk to hotpot, 10 mins walk to Kea Farm. Cleanliness, its quite clean, but even after they cleaned the place, the floor is a bit dusty as it stained our socks a little. The downside is, they have a lot of rules. You really need to read the rules because you might lose your deposit for something small such as moving furniture. You also can't cook in the unit, but they do provide microwave and bowls, plates, utensils. I asked if their plates are microwaveable, staff said yes, but after checking, they're all plastic/ melamine plates. So they are not microwaveable. Only the bowls are. I guess the staff aren't that knowledgeable about the place and they take forever to reply to my questions. In agoda they said they would send whatsapp group invite link a day before check in day, that's where you will join the WhatsApp group and they will send instructions and communicate with you there. Despite sending my phone number 2 days earlier on Agoda platform, I was not added. In the morning of check in day, i had to keep asking, and they asked for my phone number again. Check in was pretty easy and straight forward, so thats good. Another thing is, the TV. There were no channels to watch because of astro/signal issue. Then when we contact them, they couldn't solve the issue. Never came back to us about it. It was quite important to us because the road was so jam during public holiday, you can't drive out. You can only walk to nearby areas for entertainment or stay home and watch TV. They also need to chill when communicating. The night before check out they reminded us about checking out on time or there will be charges. Then during checkout i was sending videos and pictures to them, not yet send pictures of returning the card to the mailbox, and this Alex asked to please lock the mailbox and snap photo. Like yeah, I'm on the way doing it, just wait bro. It just felt like, they have so many rules, you can't do this do that, little things want to charge you, but you didn't provide any convenience or better condition, and your reminders are so annoying. Nothing major I guess, its just not for me and my family. Good luck with the place.
