Cozy, familiar and simple”

I would give Phuritra Sabai 3 stars of 5 1. star: The stuff is great. They are all very kind and open minded. It's a very familial atmosphere to feel comfortable. 2.star: Although the Bungslows are elementary, they are clean. Houskeeping is every day, the pillows, linens and towels are hygenic. 3. star: the location is wonderfull, the sunset beach, where you can find calmless apart from the crowed beaches, is very close. You can use their facilities there (lajak, mats, chairs...). 1.Contra: Stuffs English skills are not well. Communication isn't always easy 2.Contra: value for money. For the same price you can get in Bkk a 35m2 appartement in a 4star hotel. You have to consider that living in the bungalow is like camping. Cozy but very simple. The Bungalows aren't totally close, Bugs, Mosquitos etc can easy enter.

Nice stay far from the center, but with free transport from resort ”

The Ko Lipe island is very expensive, the resorts keeping price high! So, value for money on Ko Lipe cannot be good anyway. The island itself is going to be disaster by all increased tourism for this small island. The underwater life is going to be depleted very soon. I visited island two years ago and right now. The diving there is worse and worse. The staff was very good, the room was clean on Thailand level, you have to protect yourself against mosquitoes as its in whole island. The resort is a little bit faraway from center but the resort offer free transport in whole island.

My boyfriend and me stayed two nights, the rooms are really in a good condition, the free taxi shuttle from the hotel to market street is great especially at day of departure. the breakfast is very simple, some pancakes with fruits but okay. the resort could be a bit nicer with ways to walk on, is more natural through the trees and mosquitoes.

No customer service”

Me and my husband booked 3 nights in Phuritra Resort. It was our hoeymoon. My husband has a bad injury in the see and was in hospital before our arrival. That's why we need to cancel our reservation. I know we had non-refundable booking but I thung ee are still human and I tried to ask for refund our money back( or some part)I used email on their website,try to call,try to write via Agoda without any answer. So I hope they enjoyed our money well! It was more than 130Eur...not recommend!

Me and my wife had a wonderful stay. They provide transport when ever we require to go anywhere.Staff are friendly and i injured my leg during snorkeling even come to the room and give medical treatment. overall excellent

located too far from town/beach, but they did provide shuttle service to town. staff were nice, provide good service. you might not enjoy your sleep in room with fan only, as the hotel beside forest, where there always mosquito accompanied your dining/sleeping or even shower. they did provide mosquito net for bed, but it was dusty

Breakfast was only pancakes or ricesoup, Juice and coffee or tea. Little far from everywhere. room dark and injects etc flying allover.... must need to use mosquite net. no hot water from show.

how can it be so expensive !! in Bangkok you would have a AC room with a lot of facilities. All was basic, bathroom, breakfast so poor !!

Extra bed is very expensive (800B) for the old mattress. We were robbed by the restaurant it was really expensive, almost 200b for The stupid rice with garlic pork. The mosquitos's army are ready to bite you. For 1800 baht per night it was my big mistake, I will not come back here ever.

Nous sommes arrivé et déjà c'était l'attaque des moustiques!! Le resort est assez éloigné de la walking street ce qui vous oblige à prendre un tuk tuk. Le bungalow avec une deco veillotte. Nous avions la petit déjeuné compris mais ca s'est résumé à trois petit pancake avec quelques fruit qui n'était pas top . Assez déçu dès prestation nous avons terminé notre séjour dans un autre hôtel deux fois moins cher et à 50 mètre de la plage et de la walking street

3 nuits c'est un peu ttop”

Très décevant dans l'ensemble. Personnel indifférent, bungalows sombres beaucoup de moustiques. Petit déjeuner inexistant, 3 blinis à la place des Pancakes et 3 morceaux de fruit. Seul le retour vers les bateaux à été positif, effectué gratuitement avec leur propre taxi.

Wir hatten zunächst zu billig gebucht, einfach Hütte ohne Klimaanlage. War nicht so gut, Frösche im Bad und vor allem ein draußen angeketteter Hund der nachts heulte und auch andere Hunde anlockte die mit ihm non-stop Radau machten. Morgens entdeckten wir weiter unten bessere Hütten mit Klima. Also ab in der Rezeption, die Lage ruhig erklären. Zum Glück arbeitet dort eine junge Frau namens Serena. Total nett, hat sich persönlich um alles gekümmert. Wir (3 Ehepaare) konnten sofort in die besseren Hütten umziehen, die erste Nacht wurde nicht berechnet. Selbst für eine Verlängerungsnacht hat sie beim Boss einen Sonderpreis ausgehandelt. Super! Dadurch haben wir den Urlaub voll genossen.
