Good services but not under hotel management anymore”
Peninsula Suites is the best ever residence I meet before this. But unfortunately, this residence not already under hotel level like before this. No reception there, and I was meet very nice staff that serving our family. The room very big and comfortable but the cleanliness not as well like before. Its like not maintain as well that we can feel the "habuk". Seriously, I really love this suites since 2012 but today maybe it's already not under hotel level like before. On top of that, this suites in the town and easy to go anywhere.

I like the room. It is quite big. Everything functioning well. It is suitable for simple stay and non choosy type. If you dont mind a little bit sound of traffic outside..will be OK. I sleep like a log..so i guess it does not bother me.

The 1 bedder unit is self-contained and pleasantly surrounded by greenery. Proximity to Semantan MRT and Plaza Batai are pluses. Free parking and the direct lift from parking level were appreciated. TV reception has but one fuzzy free-to-air channel. Kitchenette is stoveless, a latchless window let in fruit flies at night and had to be stuffed with newspaper.

Need to improve on cleanliness and facilities. Wood flooring broken at certain places, air conditioning is not cool enough. Sofa need to be replaced. Bathroom tiles needs a polish.

Not a hotel”
The room is very spacious but the building and furniture are old. Cleanliness is acceptable. But the most disappointing thing is this place does not represent a hotel. Definitely not a 3 star hotel as claimed. There is no receptionist upon arrival. I had to call a number left there and wait for a person to come to pass the key. The bed is not a hotel standard bed. Should change the photos in the website to current photos.

The resort is spacious, but facilities in the building is old. The whole resort aged 20 years old. Furniture in room, not maintained. Floor was covered with dust. Not well prepaid for coming guest.

Property is currently unfit for sales and occupation. It is extremely dirty, smelly, rundown, and unmanaged. The linens and towels are stained and obnoxiously smelly. It does not even have a reception for checking in. Certainly my worst(not one of) experience in staying in a commercial hotel or apartment.
