I loved my stay”
I was going to be late due to delays I emailed Nick and that wasn't a problem for them. As soon as I got there I was welcomed by Nick and his wife, such nice easy people to talk with and so accommodating , they were happy to answer my many questions and gave me a lot of advice (I've travelled quite a bit but this is my first trip to Thailand). If you want a great holiday never get angry nor should you show disrespect to the people, traditions or the Royal Family, and it won't be accepted. The room was plenty big, very clean and very reasonable in price. I am so happy that this was the first stop in my tour, I will be lucky to find a nicer place to stay and will always remember my stay. I highly recommend the Patong Studio Apartments for anyone that wants to find a family away from home.

Patong studio apartments was great. Its all in one. Me and my friends were not what we should do in phuket luckily there was Mr Sak. He was very accommodating. He recommended all the attractions and activities to do. If any of you guys are considering patong studio apartments don't forget to ask for Mr Sak. He's the best.

A must go for budget travellers ”
We had an absolutely enjoyable stay at Patong Studio Apartments. The building is conveniently located close to most street food joints, the infamous bangala road and Patong beach. Room service was quite unexpected where we arrived to a rather organised room and a made up bed after a busy day of island hopping. Definitely worth the money, definitely a place to come back to. Have been coming to Patong for over 5 years,over 25 visits,this is the best available apartment in Patong,close to everything,10 minute walk to Shopping Centre and Bangla road,close to eevrythng and apartment is clean and has everything needed,but the price is exceptionally,,value for money,and manager Nick and the staff are great!!!

I have to say the staff and the owner is ridiculously friendly! Nick is a very nice and cool host. He can even give you tour deals that are insanely cheap. The staff are also friendly. In fact the friendliest among all I have encountered. The room is huge and can accomodate 10 people easily. It's clean and economical for budget travellers and the like. I don't get why people still give them a negative feedback. If you expect posh treatment, there's 5 star hotels all over the place but if you want simple and honest to goodness treatment, this is the place for you. Sa mga kababayan kong nagbabalak magbakasyon ng Phuket, dito na kayo. Ask for Sheena, Pinay po syang employee dun and aalagan kayo nun. Lahat pde nyang ituro sa inyo galing sa murang pagkain to cheap tours. Dont be disappointed about how the facade of the building looks like. Once you see the room, I bet my top dollar you will also react the way I did. It's value at it's best. Good bless and Good luck to you Nick and Sheena! + The price were crazily cheap for us! + The location were at the center of Patong tourist attractive place! + The facilities are complete! My friend and I had stayed 4nights with this apartment. I booked standard room, however they gave us family room instead, thanks for that. Staff are friendly and they facilitated us with our tours, we are happy for that. Thanks for the staff and their driver sadak(im not sure how to spell his name)who accompanied us during our day tour. If i will visit phuket again i will book to this apartment for sure. Highly recommended!

A good enough stay in Patong”
The main plus about this place is it's location. It is a mere 10-15 min walk to Patong beach. It has very good restaurants and massage parlours very close by and there are also many shops where you can book bikes/car or book tour packages to Phang Nga bay, Phi Phi Islands etc. We were disappointed with the room were given at first as the AC was not working properly and the fan was broken. We were asked to adjust as the AC would take sometime to kick in and cool the room as it was a very sunny, hot afternoon. But even at night, the room was so damn hot that we had to literally demand the reception staff to provide us a better room after which we were given a 5 member dorm room (for 4 of us) which was much cooler & better in comparison. There were basic kitchen amenities like fridge, oven, plates & toaster. There was no balcony in the room. There was good cheap coffee downstairs in front of the reception which I personally liked. Overall a pretty decent stay based on the location alone.

Great place to stay ”
I found my stay to be very enjoyable it was close to the main party life in patong, the owner was extremely helpful when I needed help to book tours (also lender me his water proof camera to use on the snorkelling) or find somewhere to eat. They have safes in the room and English tv. I would highly recommend this hotel for any group of young travellers that want a bang for there buck and an amazing service

Cheap, clean, and close to the beach”
We stayed here a total of 3 nights and really enjoyed our room. The King bed and a bunk bed was plenty of room for the 3 of us and the kitchen was great for making our own food. Finally the owner was a great man, personally gave us recommendations on where to go, and gave us a heads up on the police check stops around the island. The only negative is that Patong is definitely more expensive than the rest of Thailand but that's to be expected of a resort town. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is like home to us. Very comfortable. Got everything you need. Very friendly staff. Dont forget to ask them a few tips and tricks for surviving patong nightlife. Haha perfect stay and recommended !

Excellent Location, cleanliness and staff service”
I stayed there for three nights in the mixed dorm. The bed,rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Staff was helpful in explaining all the nearby must visits and also the most convenient mode of transport in between places. Since the AC is switched off between 10 am-6 pm , recommend it for anyone who is planning on exploring Patong or nearby islands during the afternoon. Definitely will stay there again
